This is because the park rangers don’t want the animals to start associating visitors with food or lose the ability to fend for themselves.

Pilot said he never saw the UFO but it was appearing on his radar and was bigger then 2 football fields and he could see the incredible speed at which it flew away from his radar.

And even with teleportation, there’s still propulsion involved, as the data which represents the individual, still needs to be propelled to its destination.
You’re merely dealing with raw information, rather than what’s perceived as physical matter.
Propulsion, is effectively fundamental in the context of travel of any kind, and it remains the goal whether you’re 2 million year old monkeys like us, or a 100 million year old, civilization of humanoids from somewhere else.

It's going to be rather stunning to hear from the head of governments that they now admit that, "They're here, we are not alone." We have no idea as to their intentions or motivations. They are letting us see them now...why? If their intent is hostile, were in trouble.
No one is going to say that unless forced to. Absolute knowledge that aliens are here would crash the world's economy overnight. Gold would be instantly worthless, oil stocks would do the same, as would many, many other important stocks. Unemployment would hit at least fifty percent, crime rates would soar, martial law would be immediate, etc.
Everyone asks whether people could handle it. This has never been the real concern. The concern has always been whether the world's economies could handle it, and the answer has always been a clear NO, of course not.
I have a gut feeling that just as 2020 will be in the history books... 2021 is soon to follow. It's making me nervous, but I guess we'll see where this rabbit hole goes.

The "threat" does not necessarily mean they're trying to kill us. They said that. The threat is that were they to decide to, we have no way to fight them. It's the balance of power theory. Part of what keeps nations like the US, China, Russia, etc from duking it out is that we have equal levels of technology(getting there, anyways), and nukes.
