I guess my take from it all is if "they" can do all that is said how is it a threat to our military or civilian aircraft? It's beyond our capabilities. If "they" wanted to end us it would have happened already...
I think much of this is US black op military. I hope so. If it is our enemies, though, we're vulnerable.
If it is ETs, we're vulnerable. Examine humanity - a violent and warring species with limited ability to govern ourselves peaceably.
We're also a narcissistic species that uses Earth's natural resources for our own use. In 70yrs we've tripled our population, refusing to limit our reproduction, while conquering diseases that once killed us, keeping our numbers down throughout our 200,000 plus years, until the last 70 yrs.
We enslave other species to eat them or do medical experiments on them.
We burn our rainforests to expand homes and food crops.
Narcissistic to our core.
Fundamentally self- centered. These are traits that guaranteed our survival.
But now we have become a pestilence.
If ETs examine us, they may decide that the worthwhile human abilities are not sufficient any longer to allow our continued existence.
They would then kill us off. Not all, but most.
Other scenario - if ETs are here (I still think that's unlikely but it is possible) - they could be awaiting the rest of their colony.
As they wait, they test our defenses. Once their colony arrives, then they kill many of us off, and enslave the rest of us to serve them.
After all, we appear inferior to them. Lesser animals. They could treat us exactly as we've treated each other and other earth species throughout our bloody and barbaric history.

Not true. There must be a time before they end us, so that there can be an after. You can’t always just assume that if they could, they already would have. There is literally zero logical reason to think that it was supposed to have happened already.
Yea I feel like if anything, "they" are observing what we're doing and what our technologies are. I imagine "they" have tech that know or can tell when Yellowstone is about to erupt or that our ocean currents are slowing down and things of that nature. "They" have obviously seen the signatures of our nukes/hydrogen bomb tests etc. "They" can probably detect what's going on with our super collider tests etc.
There's too many reasons "they" could be here and if we were To be wiped out, I feel they could easily do it and probably already would've if that was the goal of crossing the cosmos to get here.

A man behind Burchett seems to be signaling via winking at specific statements. Am I the only one noticing? 16:55: winks on “…not further of study…” and again at 17:01, “…dismissive attitude...” He’s looking into the camera, but so conspicuously.

Total skeptic, me. Until a week long Incident Commander training session 20 yrs ago in El Paso. I'd never attended such before, but was asked to become an IC (about 30 some odd people in the room being trained.) Our instructor, from out of town, had a lengthy career of command experience under his belt, gave excellent examples of disasters gone worse due to IC mistakes at the scene, correct way to handle such, etc.
So, the day before our last day, when we do real world exercise, after four, eight hour long days of instruction and table top exercises, our serious, experienced instructor, in his final example of what kind of incidents we might handle, tells our room of mostly serious middle aged men, from various law enforcement, fire, ems and other agencies, how to handle an alien spacecraft landing.
Got to give him credit - he presented in such a manner that invited no ridicule. He was as serious as he had been the entire week.
My first reaction to the topic introduction was annoyance: suddenly this professional, excellent instructor was now wasting our time and insulting our intelligence. The vast distances of space, coupled with the fact that even if one were to travel at the speed of light, the closer one gets to that speed, mass expands, which destroys vehicle and ship. We can not visit them nor they us. I love Star Trek, but know it's science fiction. Time's precious, and he's now wasting ours.
Kept my mouth shut of course. Hid my annoyance. Our instructor proceeded to teach us about how to handle an alien space ship landing, what immediately we need to do, whom to contact in this situation with the same seriousness as he had every incident he'd discussed. But unlike those, where he gave cities, dates, he did not provide city nor date. But he emphasized the need to get the area secured, keep the public out, not allow anyone to draw a weapon onto the space ship, not allow anyone to take any stance that could look like an aggressive posture, because, he said, they could be killed by the occupants in the alien ship, defending themselves.
As he explained all that he did, it appeared that he knew of a real incident in which someone had been killed, but knew he could not tell us where nor when that incident occurred (as he had done with all the other incidents.)
Upshot: we were a group of El Pasoans chosen to learn Incident Command during a week long, 40 hour training. We had an excellent, experienced person brought in from out of town to instruct us. He was professional, serious and as annoyed as I initially was that he had suddenly switched to being a time waster, he in fact, was not wasting our time. He meant business.
From then on, for the first time ever, I began to look at any witness evidence from military or trusted civilian sources (pilots, law enforcement) whenever they made the news. Though I still think much that is said is actually military counter intelligence (as this man Grusch may be a counterintelligence plant, as he's provided no evidence), I no longer think that an alien craft landing is simply impossible nonsense, due to that Incident Command training.
And as time passed, I concluded about 15 years ago that a campaign of softening up the public had been at hand, to get the public used to the idea, before eventual disclosure.
Note 16:33 and the declassified propulsion doc, followed by his comment "that's the biggest understatement of the decade" with regard to govt conclusion that UFOs pose no threat to national security.
He's agreeing with that conclusion. A slip of the tongue? I'm tired of his Gomer Pyle act anyway and was unimpressed with his witness
questions. Perhaps the declassified document convinced him that most craft are human made.
I like Congresswoman Luna's statement however. Trust her. 19:43
Regarding Grusch. He deflected some pointed questions by saying he'd addressed it already in a newscast interview.
He wasn't under oath in the news interview. He's under oath here. So each Congress person he deflected should have forced the question to be answered. Only one did. The rest did not. Why not. Example : 1:20:41
I don't trust Grusch. Pretty sure he's counterintelligence plant or has been duped by officials hiding black op tech, which should be overseen by Congress, but is not.
Yet I and others were taught how to handle an alien spaceship landing (previously described). Which is the reason I entertain the possibility that we've had ETs visit Earth.
So it could be we have both - most is human made, some are ET.

At 1:46:08 Grusch is quizzed regarding if aliens have caused harm to humans. He replies he "can't get into the specifics in an open environment, but at least the activity that I personally witnessed, and I have to be very careful here because they tell you never to acknowledge tradecraft so, what I personally witnessed, myself and my wife, was very disturbing."
But Grusch later replies to the question here 1:56:27, regarding if they received any repercussions from superiors when they reported their experiences with a UAP, that "I've actually never seen anything personally, believe it or not."
I do not trust Grusch.
I don’t get why this was the first time you ever considered it as truth. Sheep.
Besides the national security issue, especially the existential threat of the crafts that the Navy pilots saw, this hearing made clear that the military authorities have either failed in their duty to defend us, or said authorities know these craft are black op craft that belong to us, so discourage reports of sightings since the authorities know what they are.
Congress must gain control. Fire military brass who get in the way of pilots who wish to report sightings, and get in the way of Congress.
And with over a billion dollars unaccounted for every year by the Pentagon, Congress must do what it takes to shake up the Pentagon.
I don't buy the stigma excuse for failure to report sightings.
These are adults whose duty is to protect us. The military authorities who fail to encourage reports and act on them are either aware the craft are black op US craft, or are siding with our enemies.
That's how such brass should be viewed, as possibly traitors, thieves and liars.
Congress, get rid of them. Any authority refusing access to secure controlled facilities to conduct classified hearings, have them arrested for obstruction.
You've got to get tough and take decisive action. This hearing established not only a national security threat, a potential threat to the USA's survival, but a corrupt military environment conducting military experiments and craft building without Congressional oversight.

Only then will you know if these craft are ours, our enemies or possibly ET.

You've got to think - first - in terms of Skunk Works type projects and assume China and Russia can do it too.

Finally, Matt Geotz should never state in an open forum that our military sends planes into a test zone without certain equipment as they presume nothing will be there to deal with.
He just told our enemies of a vulnerability. Watch what you publically say. Get the corruption gone. Take control of the black op budget. Do not assume that because tech looks impossible for us that it is ET. Always assume it's us or our enemies. Start there.
If you can then prove there are some ETs, better tell the public with proof of that. But don't jump to that when you're thwarted by the Pentagon and already know of enormous theft of funds to create craft without Congressional oversight.

Very good hearing, extremely important that the public is made aware of these allegations and that congress follows up on Grusches claims in a private setting. This is the beginning of a lot of other hearings to come.
Grusch is going to arm all those people with so many sources that every shadow alphabet agency is going to get swarmed. Whatever he says is going to get repeated and repeated again..videos will be made, interviews with people who were a part of the skiff.. It's over. If true, the highly classified and detailed iinformation associated with these incidents is way too sensitive to be shared with the average congressman/woman. Many have proven time and again that they have on qualms about putting their own self interests above the nations. These public hearings lack credibility and are more for "show" than anything else.

All they can do is talk about it. Nothing classified will come forward unless the top of the top allows it. Whatever that means. There shouldn’t be anyone higher than the president but appearently there is.

I believe everything being said, wholly. I grew up out on Great Plains on agricultural & old prairie land in Minnesota. The land was quiet and endlessly dark and open. Nothing obstructed the skies. At least twice around my 16th year, I saw things I cannot explain nor could current science. On one occasion I was sitting up on our farm’s roof with my best friend at time and a long and I mean LONG set of white/yellow hovering lights appeared above us but also over the entire exactly straight Line of entire sky in a straight line. It literally stretched so far it could not be a craft and it frightened us but as we sort of quick scurried off roof where we were smoking sneaked cigs the lights seemed to react to our movement and left faster than you can explain and it literally was like watching lights go from one horizon to the entire other horizon faster than about a single blink. It was impossible speed & impossible size & I still don’t believe it was a craft but a ton of individual lights appearing, organized.
Within that year I was going to bed one night in our upstairs looking out of woods where our horses were and same lights appeared. It was WAY closer than last time and more reactive. This time it scared me someone more than the first time because it was right over our woods/pasture & moving towards house. When I turned the light and went to windows, it again disappeared faster than one can fathom and with such span of size it wouldn’t have been possible. Although individual lights they all seemed to work together and went again, from edge of sky to other edge of sky & that’s a loooooong stretch to see it out over prairies. Nothing can move that fast and then just like that, totally gone. I’ll never forget those two.
I just saw a string of lights not making any noise, streaking across the sky and thought it was a bunch of UFOS until another couple walking by told me they saw the same thing, Elon Musk's StarLink. ☹️

I think that only the members of the committee doing the hearings are usually present. Many other committee hearings are taking place as well.
I'm hoping to see some real evidence 🤔 so far it's just been "whistleblowers" and like a lot of the other recent ones called by the various committees, very little to no viable leads to help with further investigation, much less any action.

The two pilots were very credible. However, Mr. Grusch is obviously someone who is well rehearsed, well practised and arrogant in his belief that his dramatic performance could sway anyone. He comes across as very insincere.

Great to see this. It's perfectly fine to be reasonably skeptical & demand more solid evidence to substantiate these claims.
But it's also logically reasonable to keep an open mind & consider the mathematical probability that alien lifeforms & UFOs are indeed real.
I say let's continue to search for the truth, whatever it may be, in good faith.

A lot of them are good , but there are a lot that are bad. And the "bad" is basically selfishness like what is happening in our world.
