WHAT SHOES DID I RUN IN? - www.runningwarehouse.com/HOKA...
On the final day of GRGR 2021, the challenge was to run as many miles as you could. I decided it'd be a perfect day to take on the Snoqualmie Valley Trail project - 31 miles, end to end, of beautiful gravel path through forests, farms and fun. I ran it No F#%ks Style and loved every second - well, almost every second!

This is beautiful. I have been training seriously for only about 2 years. I've run a bunch of these NF adventures, but never one single actual race. I run kitchens for a living so I'm always at work when the racers are out racing. I have done training blocks with my own made up "race day", fastest time attempts on my favorite routes, and long efforts on never before explored routes. I love it! I have a new term now. Thank you!

This was fantastic! I used to do the same thing from New York. Metro North to Croton on Hudson, pick up the Croton Aqueduct trail, which is flat mud and gravel along 25miles back into NYC. Once I hit 242nd st in the Bronx I’d either get carrot cake at Lloyds and hop on the 1 train home, or keep rolling south to whatever subway stop I felt- NO FKS STYLE! The trail was similar to this, lots of towns to get water in. Thanks for inspiring the reminiscing!

This pretty much sums up all my runs. Finsihed a 50k in October - it was a sanctioned race, but didn't care about placing, time, pace. Just enjoyed myself and the whole experience. I started out with the thought that I'd have a long trek through the park and took it all in. Only challenge to myself was to run as much of it as possible (afterall, I am a runner) and ran all but perhaps a mile or 2. Thanks for shooting this video because I believe it captures the essence if why we like to run, and run long, a personal challenge but one that should be full of joy and celebration.

Fairly common, I'm sure, but I wonder where that person has gone sometimes. Then when I try to run now I get frustrated that I can't do anything close to what I was doing.

All of your videos are great, but I love these old school GR videos. That’s what got me into your channel. It’s inspiring me to do a No F&cks 50k before the end of the year. (It’s been since 2/2020 since my last ultra.) And I was super happy to hear some new music on this one. Except for the chip crunching, loved this video! 😆 Thank you!

Love it! So nice to see a running vid, beautiful scenery. And I’m with you- flat routes suck the life out of my legs

This is such a great concept, doing events (even self-made) just for the joy of it 👍

Love it ❤️! Thanks for the inspiration to just run for fun, for me, for hell of the challenge. Much needed 😊.

Loved this. Been wanting to get back into running for a while but just not had the motivation. Will likely watch this multiple times over the next few days to find what I need to get back out.
