I don't care if he comes first, third or last. I admire Anton not for his talent, but for his passion ... Running, cycling, climbing ... Pure inspiration. Congratulations on your return, mate.
To achieve a time just 6 minutes slower than the time he did 15 years previously - WOW! How many ultrarunners can do that?? Keep truckin' Anton, you're a role model..
So great to see Anton back in the Ultra scene! He’s been such an inspiration to me over the years. Billy Yang, you’ve knocked it out of the park again with this film, congratulations to you and Anton
At first when I heard the music I thought, this isn't like other Billy Yang stuff. Then, at the end when Anton talked about what kind of music he was into, it made so much sense. I the idea of reserving that until the end. Made me go for the rewatch right away!
In memory of his mother, that stopped me in my tracks, so I had to go read her obituary. He comes from an amazing family, so it makes sense that he would be an amazing individual! Thank you, Billy, for making a beautiful quality film!
First tears when he discussed his injuries. I ran this race this year. And reliving it through billies eyes is nothing short of magical. I struggled with IT band issues starting at mile 23 and suffered til mile 97.3 when I hit the 30hr cutoff. Good job Anton, it’s inspiring to know how long you have worked through your issues. I will do the same.
Great job Billy and Anton. As an aging back of the pack 50km runner who’s best (aka mediocre, non competitive) days are long gone and most of my 40s lost to long term injury, I admit to being emotionally invested in Anton’s return. It’s just great to see him healthy enough to finish Leadville again and feels like the sport has found a jigsaw piece that was missing.
Love seeing Anton back out there, I used to watch Unbreakable (The Western States 100) almost on loop when I first got in to ultra running, this just felt right. I follow Anton on Strava so I see the work he puts in, seems so grounded now. Great doc Billy.
Another great film from Billy and so good to see Anton back. And I totally relate to loving music that's "about to fall apart" with regards to running long distances, so perfect.
BILLY AND ANTON...AWESOME.... THANK YOU Billy for yet ANOTHER kick ass film, To ANTON for a GREAT return, And to you ALL at Sportiva for being MY brand of choice for 20 + years !!!!! FUCK YEAH !!!!!!
Anton, you were my first few positive inspirations in the world of long distance running. Super cool to see you still active on feet, bike. Just want to say a big thank you for the passion over the years, it has infected and influenced me!!!
Great Work Anton, always love seeing you run, you make it look so effortless, echo the words also of others in saying, great work capturing this moment Billy, thanks for sharing!
What a great film, really needed to watch something like this right now. Thank you for continuing to be an inspiration to us all. Great job to you, Billy Yang and crews.
That feeling when you realise, that almost all your ultra "heroes" are younger than you :-D Anton is legend, he has nothing to proove, happy that he is back.
Super inspiring and motivational! Love Anton's energy and outlook on life. Can't wait to go running today! 4 miles not 100, but those beautiful scenes from Leadville do get me thinking, maybe one day.

Billy Yang, crushes it with another awesome documentary.
I seriously thought the same. When I saw the credits, I was like: sure it had to be billy!

Thank you, Anton, just for being yourself. I guess this is the main reason you're so popular in ultra-running community
He seems so much more grounded and mature in this doc as compared to the Western States doc from a decade ago. Cool to see his evolution.
A decade'll do that to ya.
@@walt4670 Yup, that'll do it

I was thinking "yes, this is the kind of doc I love" and yet again it is the incredible Billy Yang! I just love his artistic voice apparently!
That distance is me travelling from Lichfield, Staffordshire to Maidenhead, London to see my daughter.... ridiculous and WOW!! 😎

Brilliant film. Awesome to see Anton back. 15 years older and only 6 minutes slower what a legendary performance

He's done it again. Way to capture the emotions and moments, Billy.
These videos always get me pumped up to run, the only thing is that mile 12 for me is like mile 99 for them.

I can so relate, all of them. I am 48. Maybe Scott Jurek just dont make it. But Anton is such a hero.
Super inspiring and motivational! Love Anton's energy and outlook on life. Can't wait to go running today! 4 miles not 100, but those beautiful scenes from Leadville do get me thinking, maybe one day.
