  • Replacing the headlights in my 1994 Ford Bronco. This procedure should be identical for any 92-96 Bronco of F150/F250/F350 and the 97 F250/F350. You'll learn how to remove and replace the grille, bezels, headlamps, and header panel.
Using DEPO brand headlamp housing from rock auto, part # FO2505102.

Those bulbs are $50.00 now about the same in the parts house. But they are brighter

Good video. I just replaced my headlights on a '92 F150 and after watching a few you tube videos I decided removing the grill. and the header was the easiest way to do the headlight change out.

Is there like, an easier way to do this? I just got my 94 Bronco and am installing projector headlights

I've seen videos where people were able to remove the headlamp assemblies without removing the header panel, but they reported that the headlamp clip closest to the fender is wedged in very tightly and difficult to get out. I chose this way and it was very easy.

Taking the header panel off is the cleanest and stress free easy way to do it. If you dont, you cant get to those retirement clips and you are gonna drop stuff.

Fred Bennett How did you ever remove the bottom headlight retainers without taking off the entire grill piece ? I had to replace the headlights on my 93 & 97 f350 's & this was the only way .
