Ok, so dumb question. Since you seem to be extremely knowledgeable about these trucks... I recently ordered/received my new 2021 f350 lariat with the ultimate lariat package and heated/cooled seats and many other bells and whistles.. long story short my head rests are only adjustable up/down.(2way). I know of others with same truck that have a (4way) adjustment. Up/down. Front/back. Does your lariat have a 2way or 4way adjustable head rest? My dealer contacted ford and they said only king ranch, platinum and limited trucks only have 4way adjustments. Im baffled at this. My 2016 f250 xlt even has 4way adjustable head rests.
Side note, my damn truck doesn’t have a heated wheel either. Never thought id have to be EXTREMELY specific when ordering a 82k truck that i wanted a heated wheel or adjustable head rests. Heck, never even saw an option to select for a heated wheel and still dont.

I don't know what year your truck is, but I'm doing a 2016 f250 king ranch and I'm just under 1300 in parts. The largest expense was the wheel. I couldn't find a wrecked platinum but got lucky (or unlucky) and found a heated wheel for just over 900. Ford wanted 1400 just for the wheel.
