To be fair to Joe 'Jellybean' Bryant he was considered to be a power forward version of Magic Johnson during his early years of his basketball career in the streets of Philadelphia. Still a dumb move for the Clippers obviously as Bryant had been in trouble with the law a few years earlier due to possession of cocaine and reckless driving on the same night!
