- I'm going to take you on a homeschool bookshelf tour for our minimal homeschool, and explain my thought process around how I keep our books purposeful and how we have become more thoughtful around our ownership of books.

We use our library very often but we do a home collection we love

You have very intentional book choices! We utilize the library a lot when it comes to books and I try to keep our homeschool storage closet decluttered if I can! Thanks for sharing this! The Feels book looks so great and with the pillow, how cool! Emotion books are very popular in our house!

Books are my struggle for sure
I never buy a book unless absolutely necessary- either we will use a portion of it as consumable, we need to reference it daily all year, or we cannot get it at the library. Everything else I will always check out at the library. I bring a huge bag and exchange stuff every week. And that way we get to use such a variety of resources, and it we don't like something or we only read a portion of it, there is no guilt!
