Great value and content with this one, I too suffered anxiety that led me to believe I had a heart condition, I am much better, but still was concerned why my blood pressure was high 153/88, it totally makes sense. I can actually calm myself down while taking my blood pressure, and watch it drop significantly, I'm going to continue to work on dealing with my anxiety and staying healthy and I'm sure it will come down some more. It's crazy how your life can change with anxiety. My concern was if it's elevated for an extended period of time, that I do cause long term damage that high BP causes to patients who do not suffer from anxiety. Thanks!!

I suffered from the same thing I went to the doctors and they had to go in my wrist vein all the ways to my heart to take photos to show me that it’s anxiety that’s when you know you have a problem it’s taking me a year to finally realize this my journeys been for five years of anxiety just a year of watching Shaan you have to believe what they tell you they are doctors you need to believe and let go if you want to get rid of this if you’re reading this please believe everything‘s going to be fine stop scanning your body when you feel something tell yourself you got itchy skin if your heart is beating fast you’re excited you’re getting over anxiety if you’re sweating and nervous tell yourself you need to keep busy doing things so you forget about what’s going on...Go for a walk exercise do whatever you can remember we all love you

I am just 19 , I had a sudden palpitation attack in my College, i frightened and came home , from then , till now it's 1 week my BP is constantly high extremely high like 160/98 average .... It feels bad , but the thing I realised is when I turn my mind to another thing (probably entertainment) , my palpitation goes away for that moment. And then my BP becomes normal . I thought it's not so much bad thing cause I was not having sweat , when heart diseases get that .... This video even over pillared my opinion ... Thanks 🙏

Hi. What you are saying is exactly what currently happen to me. I was a healthy person, used to exercise everyday without any problem. I am a lecturer and I am so happy with my profession. But now, After few episodes of panick attack that I hve experienced, I’ve become so misery, and that affects so much on my relationship with my kids. I am afraid of taking my blood pressure which previously I never hv a problem taking my blood pressure. My bp reading was good before. But now with this anxious feeling that I have, can’t stop thinking what if my bp is high all the time. What more during my visit to the hospital the bp reading was quite high because I can’t relax and my heart beating fast. I just feel so exhausted being in this situation.

It’s ok and I understand it, but sometimes it lasts for about 20 seconds and that’s what freaks me out and then my body goes into a panic. I think NO. Our body can handle high blood pressure. When we exercise or run, our blood pressure naturally goes up way too high. Those people that died from blood pressure are those people that had constant high blood pressure for so many years already. In the case of anxiety or panic, our blood pressure peaks only for some time and goes back to normal when we are asleep or when the attacks has gone away.
