- Rusty Impact Driver Restoration Video
This driver doesn't work anymore and I make it works again. Let see how I fixed it in this video.
I hope you find something useful & enjoy this video!
I am happy to receive your feedback, advice, suggestions to improve myself.
!!! I apologize for the mistake if I have made in this restoration !!!
**I still keep some parts, I want to save the world's environment**
--------------Thank you so much for Likes & Comments-------------- - Jak na to + styl
Some people complain that it wasn't a full "restoration" because of scratches and other things. I say you restored it perfectly to be used again and again. I am enjoying your videos.
Thank you so much! I'm glad you like it.
Exactly!!
Exactly. It's a tool - scratches don't influence it's function (and anyone who actually USES tools will agree).
Personally, I restored most of my power tools from trash to fully functional (it's cheaper to get good tools that way).
..and I always learn a few new things from this channel to help me along the way.
Taking apart a dc motor to fix it; that takes dedication...
The people commenting about scratches are just restoration video addicts ;)
(If it's not better than new at the end, they won't be satisfied)
OMG! When I see people on the street braking things I just come back to here to get my medicine. This is impresive. I love it. Congratulations! Every new machine I buy I take care of it after watching this video.

I ordered kids grease off eBay all the way from China and sent to America just because I watched you use it I’m all of your videos. I love it.
it's so satisfying if you can open a rusted bolt, watch this video on every minute, no skip :) keep posting, love it

Excellent.
Congratulations.
This is the definition of restoration.
Most videos on CZcams are not real restorations
This is what I call a genuine restoration.
I don’t know anything inside the drill and I don’t know why I watched this but I watched til the end. Amazing!! Wish there are more people like you. Less rubbish to our world.
He’s a pirate , that electric drill doesn’t exist on that brand manufacture list because is a counterfeit product.....so he basically restored a product of piracy origin 🏴☠️.

Perfect! It was a great pleasure watching. As usual!
Unbelievable. What pacience and knowledge. And no part left. Really amazing.
You embellish that Old Americana mentality post world war, which was always look at fixing the problem without creating a problem for some else.
Great work my friend, you get a satisfaction most people will never experience.
I've learned a ton from your videos.
great restoration and pleasure to my eyes.
Thank you!
PS: All the videos I'd watched were great but this case was a really rusty one.
I didn't believe it could work again with a good performance.
Just WoW 0_o
PPS: I'm also very appreciate your work because it's a top-level of reuse things, very ecologically friendly!
I'm trying to do same myself for the level of effort and engineering skills I have.
Very inspiring!
Unbelievable. Great job.
I assume you know you could have sourced that motor.... I presume it was a creative decision, to see if it could be fixed.......
I can't believe you fixed it..... that thing was a mess!
Great job Sir. Well done.
Thank you so much sir :)

In similar case I would throw away such completely unusable tool. But now I see it can be repaired with knowledge, consciousness about what you are doing and little bit of love. Now I know more. Yes, let's do something about environment. not our, but world's environment. Thank you. Keep on.
That's pretty amazing. As soon as I saw the rust inside covered in filth and sludge. I would have given up right there. Well done.
So awesome! Incredible engineering skill and knowledge. Keep up the great work 👍❤️
Thank you very much!
Your knowledge of putting these things back together is unmatched 👍
excelente restauração....ficou nova!!!! parabéns
wow that´s amazing! I don´t know how you can dislike that!
Fantastic job restoring the screw gun, awesome skills! I only know of one person on CZcams that can do camera work like you, that’s “ my mechanics “ Doug & Skye
Your patience is incredible. I would've thrown that to the garbage in 2 seconds
Better than from the factory (greased up internals), well done, you are truly talented 🤘👏
Just amazing. Can t believe I watched the ebtire video in normal speed without skipping any scene. Just awesome
What's there to say, pure genius, first time here and couldn't believe that 99% would be reused, certainly not the motor.
This is Craftmanship dedication with a touch of art combined.
Glorious to watch, I'm hooked and signed on, the learning potential is blowing my little mind for sure👏👏👏👏👏
Thank you so much for sharing!

Just the truth, you deserve every word & more but don't want to show too much enthusiasm🤣🤣
For anyone wanting an amazing tool I would highly recommend GenScrew's electric screwdriver kit. It is an actual godsend: genscrew.com/kit
Bende kendimi tamirci sanıyordum adama helal olsun büyük bir sabır ve azimle ilk günkü haline getirdi büyük emek olduğunu bilmesem satın almak isterdim. Harikasın 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Sensacional parabéns 👏👏👏👏
Do you have to watch your own disassembly video to reassemble?! Damn, that’s too many pieces parts to just remember.
Each part custom fits, only so many places things can go. Much easier to realize that while taking it apart yourself.
Hitachi has been stop producing such good driver long years ago. Hitachi will be approved your work, thank you for making such beautiful restoration video!
I realize this is an older video, but you did an amazing refurbishing job on this one. Thumbs Up!
Whenever God restores something, He restores it to a place greater than it was before.
Amen .

Sigo mirando.
¡Denada gracias!
Great it's nice seeing someone repair in disposal society
Was this thing found at the bottom of the ocean? It's so rusty! I would suggest using PB Blaster or Liquid wrench to free those rusted together parts. I've found it to work better than WD-40.

The best way to clean plastic parts from greese and basically anything!!!
Is very hot water to open the pors of plastic
and washing powder!!i prefer tide😉😉
Bravo 👍👍
I do that to plastic dishes because regular shop dont work.
And the clean with very little effort ☺️
This was a tough one and you brought it back in life. Awesome restoration
Thank you!

This thing is better than it was, when new, as it’s basically been hand made. Great job. But the amount of work involved, shot my anxiety through the roof, but the end result, made it all worth while.
Parabéns..ficou incrível..👍😎✌️
tava só o bagaço no início kkk
Have you ever considered powder coating the parts that need to be painted? I believe that you could use a large toaster oven to do almost all of the parts you do.
Another great job restoring these, thank you for the videos.

My first impression of the drill is that it's unrepairable
It is my lucky that I could repair it.

czcams.com/video/YRAvklNtVmA/video.html hello
You have taken lot of hard work, great job
Excelente trabajo!! Desde Rep. Argentina saludos!!
Very impressive restore, incredible.
What product did you use to blacken the screws, right after heating them?
Probably some regular oil, perhaps from the kitchen. Research bluing or heat tempering. It makes the screw or part weather resistant and hardened. This can also be done with a liquid blue but isnt so durable, especially for something that you experience wear such as a screw or bolt
Vegetable oil

Yeah I like pizza too
Now you can mix eggs and make a pie) good job man
Another great video. I want anyone who disliked this video try and fix a tool this badly damaged.
I did this once, didn’t know how to put it together but it was already broken so I threw it away.
Every time I take something apart to fix it it doesnt go back together the same way

Whoever saves an appliance ir tool from the landfill saves a piece of the planet. This was the most incredible restoration I've seen on CZcams
You must be new to youtube. Did it save the planet, or will this end up in a landfill eventually, anyway, and instead we have tens of thousands of people wasting electricity to watch it and comment? Oh yes, the environmental impact was worse than you thought. Details matter.

Thats why I take pictures first before dismantling something
I wonder if the guy who laughed so much when you asked "Can I have that please? I can fix it." has seen the video.
finally a restoration thats actually a restoration...minimal exchanging or rebuilding parts. i hate it when people try to change the look of something just to make it look cooler and stuff like that. thank you for a genuine restoration
Looks beautiful! 🐲a nice full restoration to a perfect working condition indeed.
Sometimes I wonder if you throw these machines into the Phnom Penh River and let them sit there for an year or two. Later you fish then out, dry them and do the restoration. Lol. But seriously, I strongly wonder how the tools you restore end up in such sad states in the first place!
He's from or located in Japan, they have a lot of floods, so there's that.

I was thinking that 4 minutes into this one lol
great job congratulations follower here from Brazil São Paulo
It was fun watching the whole video without annoying music. That was a best part.
you will forgive the question but usually before taking apart such a complex tool. do you have a detailed printed diagram or do you only use your experience to disassemble / reassemble it?
You just have to memorize how and where things go when you assembe and disassemble them plus points if you are reaaaaally organized
