I got Naca qualified for $1834, which in the DMV (DC, MD, VA) is not much! I'm currently selling on Poshmark and considering RX delivery as well to increase my affordability to $2000 🙂 New Subscriber, keep up the good work!🤩

Believe it or not, my process only took 4 months from 1st counseling session to close! It took a lot of discipline and determination to stay on course and definitely keep those documents up to date!@@DesignatedDollars

Great info. I tried doordash , which was good until my vehicle broke down! I'm reluctant to get another one over concern the new debt may hurt my chances of approval, yet I can't make extra money without it! What's a girl to do?!!🙄

I'm so sorry about your car. That stinks! DO you have a counselor yet? If so, ask them if car debt will hurt your chances.

They do raise the payment standard when you get a multi family unit you plan to rent out which is pretty good.

Go to www.naca.com to sign up for their next info session. I bet you can, and if you aren't ready to be qualified now, they will definitely help you get qualified!

I kept them at zero because closing them would hurt my credit score.

What if you are disabled and dont see a way clear and will most likely will never pay off the student loan?

Paying off student loans is not a requirement for home ownership.

No. The ones I applied for I either did not meet all their criteria or their funding had run out by the time I applied.

You can. I watched a Naca podcast where someone asked about student loans. It doesn't impact your eligibility but your affordability.
