I was a little worried due to alpha coming out much later than previous expacs but im suprised by how good a lot of the content looks. Looks like they let the devs cook a bit longer before throwing it out to be tested.
Omg, I can finally Deep Breath in Blade's Edge arena. Can't tell you how many times I got stuck trying to Deep Breath people up the ramp and the game yelling at me that there was no path available.

Noticed you didn’t use the living flame dot. Isn’t that like really good for Engulf?
What’s the damage of the bombardment and deep breath DOT? I think I saw somewhere double damage essentially, which coupled with the 20% damage buff and every 40 sec seems fairly strong. Is bombardment damage closer to a living flame or a disintegrate tick or lower?

Any chance you plan on showing off Augmentation/Chronowarden? I want to see the particles and such lol. I've been doing Bronze Drake transmog since Legion and the more the game lets me dive into that time magic fantasy the better. This class was made for me. Love being an aurabot/healer.

Okay I was already hyped about mass disintegration since it was something I wished for since DF alpha but that bombardment animation is so cool.
Apparently they nerfed the threat of fire breath by 50% and the threat of pyre by 30% looks like they're actually listening
Mass disintegrate looks sick, Preheat what do you prefer so far in alpha? mage or evoker?
Are you going to test out Augmentation on Cronowarden and Scalecommander?

Looks incredible, still scared of playing evoker in general solely because of Aug tho. Just do not find Aug fun, but it still feels like it might be the best or at least safest option in a lot of content.

I use deep breath whenever I can justify it on live because ITS FUN. Scalecommander looks like the spec for me.

I would like them to add mass pyre to scale commander.
Disint for strong cleave pyre for mass AOE.

Threat is 50% lower on few spells after today's update on wowhead. Should do a lot for us.

would keeping iridescence and power swell and getting rid of shattering star and arcane vigor for charged blast and onyx legacy not be better for aoe on scalecommander? shattering star increases dmg on only 2 targets whereas iridescence will apply the 20% buff to the whole mass disintegrate. Also the combo you demonstrated with shattering star before deep breath, shattering star damage buff runs out by the time you land from deep breath so you don't even end up utilizing it's damage buff other than on 1 deep breath. So the combo without shattering star would be DR>eternity surge (for iridescence on 2 mass integrates)>Deep Breath> mass disintegrate> Fire Breath> mass disintegrate> pyre spam
edit: after some thinking you could fit dragon rage after fire breath for the iridescence buff on red spells as well
ES>DB>MD (+iridescence + melt armor)>FB>DR (+iridescence +melt armor)>MD (+iridescence + melt armor)>Pyre (+iridescence + melt armor + charged blast)
Do you think Blizzard will be doing talent changes for the base specs? Also, do you feel like the capstone talent for Scalecommander needs something else added to it? I notice regardless of being able to move around, you still just go in a straight line most of the time.

Looks good, but I get the feeling the same as balance druid was in DF alpha and look how that turned out.
I love the high paced game play style, trying to fit as much casting and spells into your CD's and damage windows as possible, but the same issue may arise, Blizzard have as much chance to balance that as I do becoming famous, so instead they will just nerf it into the ground and what you see now will be nothing like what it will end up being.
Okay so just the inclusion of your troops coming in all the time and bombing shit makes this one of the coolest looking specs right now. You are a Commander and you have an army, it's simple but great.
Hey I noticed you didn't mention the dot from living flame talent. I was thinking 8s dot on fb and hit the living flame cleave for double dots

Both hero builds look great, but makes me sad that even if they balance them really well, as long as one is 0.1% better mathematically it will probably be the only meta pick xD

Flameshaper is fine in terms of gameplay but it doesn’t look very visually appealing. Engulf needs a better animation.

fire mage looks better, but good for evokers getting some new stuff and still looking good unlike DH
Kinda sad the steerable breath thing is tied to a hero talent tree. Breath spells go from insanely clunky and annoying to super smooth, it kinda feels like it should just be like that by default

Maybe I’m bad at the game but the deep breath thing feels so clunky to me. Like having to cancel immediately after having to use my mouse to shape the cone is too much clicking I hope blizzard can make the ability smoother

I’ve never seen an Evoker dominate any battleground or arena.
Will get aggro for whole sale seconds, acts like it is a unique thing to dev, comments on it every time as tho there is something to change. 16/10 logic.
Dev has the worst sggro problem tho, no class is near it.
