  • Hey there, come join, Pablo, Ian, and I as we work over a small course of 6-7 fences of varying size from 1.05m to 1.20m to improve our skills.
The main goal was to get Pablo's canter nice and energetic with a steady rhythm, making sure he stayed balanced through the turns so we could approach and land straight. For me, it was all about keeping the right position, using my legs well, looking up, and having soft allowing hands.
Lots of positives to take away from the session. It is rewarding to see how much Pablo is starting to develop his skill at tackling bigger fences and that he is enjoying his job! I'm learning how important is to trust our training and system and that a positive attitude is paramount. As they say Attitude determines Altitude.
