- When it comes to the Bronco, speed and acceleration are not the first things that come to mind. Well Roush is looking change that with Level 1 of their Performance Pac for the 2.7L Bronco. Today we'll be installing and testing before and after dyno runs as well as 0-60 times to see exactly how well this kit performs.

The calibration is where it’s at. The CAI is just a bit of flair under the hood to look at.
Good video. But to embrace "pure objectivity", let's see the dyno runs between JUST the filter changes. Would like to see how much the tune is contributing to these numbers, and how much the air filter is contributing to these numbers. When making engine modifications seeking real measurable gains, and to establish an empirical reference data set, you always make 1 modification at a time, so you know where horsepower gains AND losses come from. Plus, I'd like to see the torque band shift, if any, between the stock OEM air filter and the Rouch, to see if one favors the bottom end and one the top end more than the other.
Most likely identical to most CAI's. +2-3hp & +2-3tq. The tune is doing 97-98% of the work.
So... The dragy says a 20 deg colder dif and below sea level vs 1260 ft. I mean that would make a difference. It's not the same location?
Does this Bronco have an aftermarket exhaust on it?
Times would drop even more if you launched in 2nd gear. I get 6.5 sec 0-60 all stock with a drop in s&b filter.
What package is this test vehicle. Badland, wildtrak.
Doesn’t the 10r60 only have a 443 ftlb max rating? If you’re adding ~70 ftlb of torque on the stock 410 you’re overshooting your transmissions max torque rating even if it’s over engineered a bit. I know the trans has torque mitigation but not sure how safe this would be for long term use
Agreed, who doesn't want more power but reliability is more important. Ford tune doesn't look too bad but always running premium fuel the downside to me
What is the cost for parts/installation?
Does this void any factory warranty at all?
1:46 did you watch the video?
How is this unit do with the 2022 Bronco Wild Track
The WildTrak uses the same 2.7L engine that we tested in this video. You should see similar results as seen here
@@steedaautosports ok thanks, how much would Ford charge ? Would you know ?
It would depend on the dealer, but it shouldn't take more than an hour to get installed
