Hi sir, what can happen If ignore work in notice period, Bcoz I want early release
Nice info about handling the NP of more than 2 months. But, when we tell HR about the official NP with the clause negotiable and with valid reasons such as project completion nearby or no projects, they don't entertain us further. How can we deal with this scenario
If recruiter is still not listening to you, then it's better to look for another organisation!
How did you able to reduce your np to 30 days ? Practically current company doesn’t listen whatever we say unless and until if we are non billable , on long leave etc etc . Current company can also try to change your mind with counter offer and retain you in this long NP if they feel you are worthy enough. This is what happened to me recently😅. But I am also happy with my decision though considering flexibility (work from home)in my current organisation 😊
Once you get more experience, you'll get to know.
Bro I am working as automation engineer RPA Developer my company made me resign forcefully and gave me 45 days notice period, but what the use getting no calls.I Applied in my companies. If any jobs in automation plz comment.
Hey,
To be on a serious note - RPA has less number of jobs. So try to get referrals and reach people on LinkedIn for the same.
Find people who are already working in same domain so that they can help you crack the interviews.
I have cracked the offer of a company by stating that I'll join by 1 month , but actually I can join by 2 months , so how should I handle this after getting offer, I dont wanna loose this offer as it is very good and also I have performed very well in interview
You can try to negotiate this with your current company and offering company.
Ask your current company for buy out option or apply leaves due to some illness
Offering company let me them know about your situation, if they like your performance then will try to negotiate in your favour
Do companies accept depression medical certificate for such early release?@@IamJapneetSachdeva
I have signed the offer and now new Company has sent me the onboarding form, shd I fill the onboarding form and letter ask them for DOJ extension?@@IamJapneetSachdeva
@@IamJapneetSachdeva now the new company has told to fill onboarding details like PF account, Bank details, etc even before joining date , shd I fill before requesting the new joining extension?
Last one seems tricky...we don't get even 1week a leave together
Try to get, because I have seen so many people able to do it successfully
Meri company bolegi tu chutti pe ja par vaapis aa😂
Great going
