Something cool I learned from this video that anyone can apply to any business was they saw someone who did more than one job. They had people who did their one types of jobs well and merged the separate businesses (with jobs that go together) into one mega company.

My understanding is that California outlawed subcontracting.? Am I wrong.
I would like to know how you can rely on subcontractors and treat them like employees? CA and the IRS is very tough on small businesses when it comes to employee vs 1099 contractor.
So they use subcontracting companies not employees

I actually built my residential and commercial service es business in Southern Utah (near ZION National Park) Rise Service Pros, leveraging the Orange business model and a few other similar businesses that I found on some side hustle podcasts. When there is plenty of competition, there is an equal amount of potential business to business collaboration. Anyone looking to start a business, just do it and make as many solid friendships as you can along the way.

Did you buy their course? This video is deceiving. They made at most 65K when they were no longer out in the field working, which means the 65 is just gross revenue. They said when they were out in the field they made from 20 to 30 percent. But the 65 is when they are running the business remotely and subbing out the work, so let's say they made 10 percent or $6,500 a month which is an income of $3,250 per month for each of them. Am I hearing this right? I see why they closed the business down and started selling their course exclusively!
This inflation will reduce the amount of business owners.

Hi Codie, my question stems from a recent ‘YT Short’ with you stating that “If people understood the money matrix… like an engineer… knowing the framework of money you’ll never go broke… you just can’t unlearn it once you learn this matrix,” I liked what you had to say within this short. I listen to a lot of financial folks & it seems that b/c they are so money driven everything they offer is a sales pitch to buy a program & offer a little here and a little there & a little bit more if you buy this… Another money stream that is built to string a person along. I get that education cost, but man, sometimes it feels like we’re getting played by some of these “Gurus.” You can probably sense that I may have become somewhat cynical and jaded over the years when it comes to this educational subject.
You seem honest & pure in your endeavor to help wake us all up into what is possible. I am really wanting to understand Codie’s perspective of the ‘Money Matrix and its framework’.

well if you want to start one of the most effective ways to engage,and boost your sales is creating website and an app to brand your business and am an expert I can help you with this services
700k top line means he is making 35k once he splits it with his partner and pays all of his bills. Its great he went out on his own, but the reason he is teaching others is you cant make enough with those margins and sales.
You might need to do that math again. 700k, he said 20-30% profit margin (let's settle at 25%) is 175k split into two is 87.5k. Not bad for working remotely out of a laptop. And if nearly 90k ain't enough to live on, move out of Cali, cos it's not the business at fault
They were both making about $120-130k on the business at that point. Also remember if their business is doing $250kish in profit they can (and recently did) sell if for 3-5x that profit.
I came here to learn how to invest after listening to a guy on radio talk about the importance of investing and how he made $960,000 in 4 months from $160k, somehow this video has helped shed light on some things, but I'm still confused, I'm a newbie and I'm open to ideas.

It is possible to produce superior performance provided you do something different from the majority. However, most of us tend to pay more attention to the shiniest position in the market to the cost of proper diversification.

I want to understand how he got people to put reviews under his companies name if he was using other companies to do the work? Did he require they put his logo on there trucks or something like this?
My spouse and I are adding a variety of stocks/ETF to my present holdings for the long term, We've set aside $250k to start following inflation-indexed bonds and stocks of companies with solid cash flows, I believe it is a good time to capitalize on the market for long-term gains, but it wouldn't hurt to know means of actualizing short term profit.
The current market might give opportunities to maximize profit within a short term, but in order to execute such strategy , you must be a skilled practitioner.
I agree, having a brokerage advisor for inveesting is genius! Amidst the financial crisis in 2008, I was really having inveesting nightmare prior touching base with a advisor. In a nutshell, i've accrued over $850k with the help of my advisor from an initial $120k investment.
