      Papa Kilo 1/35 Armor I really want to build this thing soon, although this may be one of the few Tiger kits I have that I don't have a particular plan for just yet. I didn't know you were building it, just as S04?

      Yaw I was building prior to doing a CZcams channel. I will post a final review in a couple of weeks on it. Have to do weathering, dull coat, and the pigments. You will enjoy this kit.mo let thing is replace the tracks and barrel. Also the front won't match up on the bottom hull, you will need to fill in the small gap.

    I just ordered this kit this past Friday and I'm really looking forward to it. I was beginning to think I wasn't going to find it when I began shopping around for it and I got lucky finding one for $64 from Scale Hobbyist out of New Hampshire. I actually think I was doubly lucky because I could only find 4 kits on the web and the other three wanted $85 to $99 for their kits. I think I've decided to go with the AFV tracks for my kits, as I just don't care for the tracks that come with these kits today. Actually, it's thanks to your video here that I discovered the new Drago Wittmann kit because I was away from the hobby for a while. I explained on your Kursk Wittmann video so I won't go into here again so, thanks for the heads up on this kit and for these great videos you do. Looking forward to Part 2 on the Kursk video and Happy New Year to you & yours btw. Bo.

      +Texas Hi-Railer You won't regret it, she's a nice kit. I'm glad you found one and scalehobbyist is who I go through if I'm not ebaying. Speaking of that Kursk video, I have some filming to get back to right now. Cheers.

    I've had this kit for a while and haven't assembled it yet. And after watching this review, I noticed that my kit does not have the supplemental spare track hanger sprue shown at 2:37

    That's a right early hull tub with the Kink for the 2 front fenders same on some early sturmtigers like the prototype was built on I'll have to check my references if S04 1331 had that?

    I really enjoyed your review, I just opened this kit that I've been saving and noticed I'm missing the P sprue (Late Tiger I) as well as the color call out sheet for the figures and the small correction sheet, how would I go about asking Dragon to replace this for me?? any feedback would be appreciated!!!

    I want to build my first tiger, and I will choose this instead of the 131. If I buy this kit now, will I get the figures? please help me, I'm not very familiar with dragon kits

  • @EMTBonsai
    @EMTBonsai Před 3 lety

    You can build them figures 2 ways same as instructions or same as box art! I have the separate figure set from dragon bought for my RFM kit

    I really enjoy your reviews they are very informative. In regards to this kit would this Tiger get Zimmerit?

    • @AdamMann3D
      @AdamMann3D  Před 9 lety +1

      michael green Thanks very much. No this Tiger would not have Zim. Only Mid and Late Tigers had Zimmerit.

      Anything I can do just holler. I can link you to those tracks if you have a hard time finding them. If you look on my "Wittmann's Kursk Tiger" video I use the AFV Club ones.

    Late to the show but I picked this very kit off for $25. Nice kit but I despise the DS Tracks. They are garbage. Also don't care for the molded barrel either, however since picking it off cheap I'll order a set of workable tracks and an Aber barrel. Otherwise nice kit!

    Is this the best 1/35 Tiger I early production? Is Tamiya's even worth looking at?

    • @EpicMLKGamers
      @EpicMLKGamers Před 8 lety

      Depends if you want detail and hundreds of parts or a simple kit with enough detail and parts

    • @AdamMann3D
      @AdamMann3D  Před 8 lety

      I would go with this or the Tiger 131 (6820) kit.

      +Adam Mann What's the best Tiger I ever?

    • @AdamMann3D
      @AdamMann3D  Před 8 lety +1

      I think this, along with the 131 kit are very very good early Tigers. 6383 is a good late and 6700 is a the only mid. I didn't mind Rye Field's 503 with interior either. Hard to choose.

  • @outlet6989
    @outlet6989 Před 3 lety

    Wow! Calling this kit a Wittmann's Command Tiger was a great idea. Why not do a Sherman kit and call it a "FURY"!

  • @annankesawa7500
    @annankesawa7500 Před 2 lety

    Dragon's logic for reducing production cost = discarding the decent looking magic tracks and include tons of unused parts in their kits
