    Another great total gym workout! Can you please do more of these full body 10 mins workouts. Love the efficiency of them. Definitely feel it all over with 10 mins. It’s more sustainable for me. Thank you!

    I just got my total gym delivered yesterday and this is my second 10 minute workout and l am pooped 😂. Trying to get used to the cables before l try all the attachments.

    Question for you. In regards to squats, my knees float together, if that makes sense. Does this happen to a lot of people or has this got something ro do with my CP? Either way, how can I stop this from happening? I try to put my feet further apart but it still happens ok so that's 2 questions. Have a great weekend. Thanks for the videos. As soon as I get the DR's ok to exercise after my stitches come out, I'll be back at it, and my son puts it back up so i can use it. That helps.

      Get a loop resistance band and place it just above both knees and keep resistance (push against band with thighs while doing all of your squats… your adductors (inner thigh) are over powering your abductors.. you can even use loop band and pulse while watching tv to strengthen your abductors
