Honestly the stock pro version is already fast enough and even too fast on most of occasions. The stock tires lack grip on full acceleration and this bigger ones help a lot on that aspect. It is fun to see the maximum speed we can get from an rc or actually anything o. Wheels but a 1/16 scale like this is way too fun at speeds around 20-30kmh. on tarmac with a little bit of dirt it drifts like a rally car and on dirt it makes endless dust. Good little cars, very happy with my brushless pro and brushed basic version. With this heat, added a new heatsink with 24000rpm 8,4v fan that dropped motor temperature from 65 Celsius to less than 55 after 45minutes of bashing.

Keep an eye on the diff cups, the bevel gears and your temps.I run mine on stock electronics with bigger tires (louise st-spider 2.2) and better 2s lipo 3200 mah 50/100c (plenty fast for this small rig imo) and my rear diff cups are wasted and there is some visible wear on the bevel gears the motor is getting hot af even with heatsink if you dont give it breaks. If you put trenchers on that drop a vid tho, they are pretty expensive for this rc tho.Durable little bugger this rc is.

Sick! How is 3S holding up on the drivetrain? I modded the original brushless non metal drivetrain one with aftermarket metal drivetrain and the thing can't handle the power for long. Curious if the stock metal drive train is better. Would love 3S like you've done on this puppy.

    Great video dude!
is it a 35A ESC? cuz I'd like to try this truck with 3S 35C (or 2S 35C, not so sure that it is fine over 25C discharge) and I am readying that the genuine one is a 35A that should be just fine (maybe it will be just a bit hot for 15 mins of running time)
