Hi, just found Ur channel and the content U've got there is very informative and helpful! 🤍❤🖤 I just started composing with the start of this year and I'm trying to find my genre, is there any possibility of sending U some tracks so U could say what's done properly and what's not? If it's not a problem I'd be very pleased if U told me afterwards what of Ur other videos should I watch to fill the gaps in my knowledge 🙏

Bonus tip: when your drop is straight (playing one chord only) you can use the blues scale to spice up your bass.

@@ErixSamson Fair call. But then who is to say Jazz is best or pop is worst or Funk is funky. All music is subjective IMO. It's easier to determine which types of music make more money though. Just ask Rihanna in her Rolls Royce fan tail custom made. 30mil.

Dotted basslines almost always sound great and can do wonders moving the the bass away from kicks.
It'd be cool to see you take on some more Drum and Bass!
Perhaps I do more of Drum and Bass in the future, depending on how many people will vote for it. Any particular artists or tracks you're digging at the moment?
@@EDMTips I've been listening through some of the classic selections recently. Clean dreamy 90s liquid like LTJ Bukem, Makoto, and Wax Doctor. Modern liquid gets pretty poppy/synthy, that minimal classic sound has such a serene lounge/vacation vibe to it.
