Excellent starting list..I particularly like the clamp meter over a plain multimeter, but of course a person needs to know electrics and how to use one...I may have missed them, but I would recommend i a set of filling knives for drywall repair, plus a small collapsible bowl for mixing the filler....For small repairs i use a 5" inch collapsible dog bowl from our equivalent to the Dollar Store...

The 1st one is called an Impact Driver the 2nd one is called a Drill. A couple of other missed tools would be a truck or van & a cell phone to take notes and Google any how to videos when in a pinch.
i am soon to retire from being an electrician . being the kind of guy who has to be doing something. So the plan is to try for a job doing apartment complex or hotel maintenance, part time. This is probably one of the more realistic tool list videos I've seen. Thank you.
