Thanks Evan! Gonna be slow going though on the videos this weekend heading out of town to go hiking but got a ton of footage to edit still from this week. :)
I just checked, Grohe does not sell this system in Europe. Ours here are different. I thought it would be so expansive, because they ship it from Germany to the US but this doesn’t seem to be the case. I found they charge more or less the same for the comparable EU version. They must be protected by patents. I could not find any cheap China version. Well at least they are not more expansive just because you are in the US and we are getting two of them… 😉😂
Not as useful a tip now with so many people having electronics of some type in their bag but several of the old guys I learned from as a kid kept several strong magnets in their gear that would have been perfect to place on the rag so the screws didn't go anywhere. They also used them for all kinds of other things but that's what came to mind.
How you doin man. Enjoy your videos. MT for about 9 years now myself, but in healthcare. Wish I knew as much as you. Anyway, wanted to ask the tool or link to the tool at about 1:47 for the faucet nut. Much appreciated.

That would be sick
Awesome work and video! I'm not sure about dumping on the hair from the clogged drain down the toilet though - I always prefer to chuck it in the bin

Love your channel Dave and I would love to do that job.
Thanks Anad !!
What kind of cart do you use?
Wonder if the part could be 3d printed and meet specs. Because 60 bucks for a o ring and piece of plastic is highway robbery
Yes Evan for sure! I was thinking the same thing but have no clue when it comes to 3d printing :)

Nice tip! Many times those steel screws used in plumbing won't attract to some magnets
Snazzy ratchet ya got there. Haven't seen a through hole like that.
Bought it just for these diverters 🔧
Question which is the tip that you use on your rotary tool for the door and wich ones can you recommend its that a carbide bur? Thanks awesome job
I believe that is the one, it works with steel. Great for small jobs
How much do you pay per year or per day around with all those work orders? I assume you're an independent contractor?
I’m not a contractor 🛠
@@ApartmentMaintenancePro how much do you make on salary? Couldn't you make more having your own business?
What app were you using here for work orders?
Yardi mobile. It’s a train wreck
@@ApartmentMaintenancePro we use AppFolio
