Love that engraver. If I did more buildings like you do I’d get one for sure. I use a paint marker. It last a little longer than magic marker but still isn’t as permanent as that engraver.
It works well for adjusting door latches as well :)
😂 Ah yes, the joys of hvac life. I'm an HVAC tech.
Enjoy your videos. I agree...people need to just lable shit.
Nice video man another job is done ✔️
A lot of commercial buildings I go to were mad that we were labeling their disconnects. Something I'll never understand since we won the contract and it helps our company work flow calls, estimates, etc. Worst case scenario, get you a label gun from amazing for 5-10 dollars. They come in handy.
Great Video. Thank you for sharing. Have a nice weekend
Good job. Thanks for the video 🙏
Hell yeah new video!
Good 1 Dave...😮
Nothing is ever labeled well. Engraving is nice. Paint markers will last longer than a sharpie. Roofs like that can be a nightmare trying to locate anything. Nicely done
What are you using to record hands free?
I wish the maintenance man at the apartment so I grew up at was is as competent as you are.
Are you not locking out that circuit breaker?
thanks for engraved that unit so the next guy can save sometimes looking for the right unit. 😂
What kind of bit do you use when you grind down the door latches for your M12 rotatory tool?
The same engraving but used in this video the carbide one
@ApartmentMaintenancePro what's it called?
@@engineer1793 check out the video description :)
That was luck didn't catch on fire 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 🚒🚒🚒🚒🚒🚒🚒🚒🚒
whoever installed those condenser did a horrendous job
I work for a building engineer firm and they frown on marker or engraving on the equipment because it makes it look trashy. I started to buy brass valve tags from Grainger and stamping them.
I wish everyone would buy those brass tags
when you pulled out that part i went, what the fuck? ive never even seen replacement parts for a disconnect, always just swap the whole thing.
It was parted out of an older disconnect 🤘
Yup, no more rigging. Do it right or don’t do it at all. Be a professional.
