A delicious recipe with chicken. An incredible dish that surprised everyone. We will need only a whole chicken. A hearty meal that everyone loved. A traditional dish of our grandmothers. This dish is so delicious that even grandma was delighted.
Ingredients for 4 people:
1 whole chicken
10 garlic cloves
1 tablespoon flour
750ml chicken broth
Salt and black pepper
Vegetable oil
Cook 5 whole garlic cloves over medium heat for about 2 minutes. Then, add the chicken and cook it over high heat for about 2 minutes for each side. Reserve it.
In the same pan, put 3 sliced garlic cloves and 2 chopped garlic cloves. Cook them over medium heat briefly until the garlic browns. Agreggate a tablespoon of flour and stir to integrate it with garlic.
Finally, place the chicken in the pan again and pour the chicken broth. Cook all the ingredients for about 20 minutes and then serve it.
