  • Introducing the Garmin Rally Power Meter Pedal range. This new release from Garmin brings versatility, durability and detailed accuracy to your training and racing. Garmin have changed the power meter game by offering Shimano compatibility for the first time ever.
The Garmin Rally Pedals are available in single or double-sided options to suit your budget and will provide you with all of the data you will ever need for boosting your performance on the bike. Perhaps the coolest part about this range is that all of the models have a transferable power sensor in the pedal spindle so you can transfer the power sensor between Rally road pedals and the off-road style. The Garmin RK Look Keo, Shimano SPD-SL and Shimano SPD pedal bodies are all available separately.

Swapping the pedal bodies between Shimano SPD, SPD-SL or Look Keo is straightforward and can be carried out with a handful of standard workshop tools. Lucy took a closer look at them as well as the process of swapping the spindle between pedal bodies in our latest unboxing video, let us know your thoughts in the comments below 👇

I was doing some research on power meters for a new bike. Thanks for the further in-depth review.

I like how the new spec battery can just be dropped in. LOL. When using LR44s you have to place them carefully in before installing the battery carriage in to the pedal.

    Hi, very nice video!
By the way do you know if it’s possible to buy a dual sensor system and a conversation kit to use in two different bikes(as two single sensor) and in some occasions instal the two pedals in the same bike and have a dual sensor system?

The right pedal is not able to run on its own. It's either dumb or a (data supplying) slave to the left side master. The left side communicates to receivers. The right side only sends data to the left. That's why you never get "left side missing" because the left side has a problem you won't have any status on the right. "Right side missing" (error message) happens if you don't wake them both up properly.

The Garmin spindles are not compatible with the OEM brand platforms. Only the cleats. Assioma spindles use OEM (spec) platforms.
