Beat Up Wheels Like New Again for $33

2008 Honda Element alloy wheels were destroy by road salt and deep curb rash. After a little elbow grease and 3 cans of paint, they looked pretty good

Now you just need some Mother's Back to Black to use on the plastic fenders.

Nicely done! One trick I learned is to use a deck of cards to mask off the rim. Much quicker and easier than using masking tape.

Thanks for your tip. Altough using tape and paper, I could remove and reuse the mask for the 3 coats...time saver too

Looks great..only problem will be when you go to get your wheels rotated and rebalanced. You painted with the weights on.
