Ingredients
Meats - chicken feet, chicken back, pig's tails
Onion, Scotch Bonnet pepper, scallion, salt, Maggie all purpose, coconut milk (1 blended coconut)
Ground provisions - sweet potatoes, Irish potatoes, yellow yam, cho cho (chayote), carrot, corn
For Dumplings - flour, cornmeal and salt

they use to serve us that at school (st thomas usvi). my mom never made it at home. school lunches were things like mutton and all island foods. imagine if they served this dish on the mainland. all hell will break loose. i dont know who these people are on the board that complain about every freaking thing that is on the school lunnch menu.
