3 Sprigs of Thyme
6 Small Pieces of Ginger
10 Cloves of Garlics
1 Scotch Bonnet Pepper
15 Pimento Berries
4 Tea Spoon of Chicken Seasoning
4 Tea Spoon of All Purpose Seasoning
2 Tea Spoon of Paprika
2 Tea Spoon of Organic Chilli Powder
1 Tea Spoon of Jerk Seasoning
For the Sauce:
4 Table Spoon of Brown Sugar
4 Table Spoon of Ketchup
1/2 Tea Spoon of Onion Powder
1/2 Tea Spoon of Paprika
2 Table Spoon of Vinegar
1 Table Spoon of Honey
