Red Peas Soup with beef (Jamaican Style)

This pot of Red Peas Soup is so absolutely tasty! Saturdays are usually a soup day in Jamaica. Always looking forward for my soup.
INGREDIENTS
400 grams Red Kidney Beans
1 1b beef
1 1b salted pigs tail
2 twigs fresh scallion & thyme
Whole green scotch bonnet pepper
2 pimento Peppers (for flavor)
1 1b sweet potatoes
1 1b yam
(Potatoes & Eddoes ) choose your provisions
Carrot & Pumpkin
1 pack Maggi beef soup ( or cock soup)
A bit of seasoning for flavor
Pimento seeds (optional)
1 cup coconut milk (power, can or fresh)
Cornmeal dumplings (flour, cornmeal, salt)

Yes Saturday is indeed soup day my mom always make peas soup with beef for us every Saturday when I was growing up, keeping the Jamaican tradition is important going to make some peas soup today thanks for the video, and the soup looks so delicious.
