I believe that underage drinking is fine under the circumstance that one of the *parents* are not drinking and supervises; the drink is low in APV; and the child does not consume any more than a few sips. I was allowed my first sip at 14, but I *very rarely* experimented with alcohol, because my parents rarely drank themselves (like the modest role models they are). My mother went to AA for over twenty years and taught me what she learned since before I tried my first time, which is a great plus in wisdom for me.
But a young child demanding a stranger for the whole drink? Fuck that. That kind of parenting heeds interference of the CPC.

When I get hit, the energy I let off as all the energy I contain (which is a lot having ADHD and and wiry as hecc and is also normally very positive) shifts over and bears down something with pure intent to destroy, and people tend to look in my direction with concern, even if they didn't even know what was going on in the first place. It is very much like out of a movie and I have scared people from just that alone. However, I take a moment to collect my self and take a deep breath before I decide what to do. If able, the time from me being hit and to my reaction is about 5 to 10 seconds, but it feels a lot longer.

There's actually a parent who demanded her own daughter that she put up for adoption to give her favourite son her own bone marrow for surgery. It happened in China and it was literally one of the worst entitled parents I've had ever read.

Sadly, the culture there values sons over daughters, so the given-up daughter would have been seen as.. not important at all, while the son was the family's guarantee of a future. There are a LOT of little girls and disabled kids in Chinese orphanages, because culturally anything but a healthy boy is seen as the parents' failure and shame.
Not EVERYONE feels that way, obviously - I know of at least one family with a ton of daughters that were raised with love... but from my (admittedly limited) personal observation, that family seems to be the exception, not the rule.

If you visit Theme Parks enough you begin to realize how many parent's seem to think that height and / or age requirements for rides don't apply to them. One particular story I witnessed a few years ago at my local Theme Park came to mind right away.
The Attraction was a Top Spin Ride, it somewhat violently swings people around and upside down a couple of times and depending on the ride Program it will often also slowly move guests into a upside down position and holds them like that for a good few seconds. Of cause a ride like that has both a height and a age requirement and both have to be met to ride it. The Ride was currently in motion and I was one of the first people in line for the next round. To keep loading times shorter the operator responsible for loading the ride will start measuring kids while the ride operates, so he asks a woman with two kids that was right behind me to come to the front for the measurement.
Both of them where of a very similar height, first kid was OK, like 1 or 2 cm above minimum, the other kid not, again just 1 or 2 cm, but below minimum, so the RideOp tells her that Kid 1 can ride, but Kid 2 had to wait at the Exit for the Ride to finish. She tried to argue straight away with "But's he is almost there, nothing will happen", of cause the RideOps get stuff like that a lot, so they usualy have experience with stuff like that. He tried to explain to her that the manufacturer of the ride had set these requirements alongside the TĂV (a German organization that is responsible for checking a lot of things from cars, to trains and Attractions for safety) and by law the need to follow these rules. She didn't care and yelled at the guy that she would ride that thing with both of her kids, no matter what.
What then happened was pure Gold for me. The RideOp looked at her and said: "OK, Kid 2 can ride IF you sign us a document that in case the Kid flies off the ride that neither he as thee Operator nor the Park would be held responsible for the death of her child", somehow this seemed to have gotten through to her because she then left the ride area.
Very good decision to get them away.
It's a TRAP!
If EM had said "yes" RideOp would have called the police and got her done for child endangerment.

Parents who try to bypass safety measures on rides because they don't have the intestinal fortitude to stand up to their own children's irrational wants should be investigated to find out what other safety measures that the child has talked them out of. My kids have wanted to go on rides they were too small for too. However, I'm the adult. I explain to them that the height limits are there to keep everyone safe, and while we might have a few tears, it's usually solved by then looking for a ride they can go on. Parents with brains who love their children know their number one job is to keep them safe.
Some people should not be allowed to have kids, at ALL.

If EP's are this stupid, they maybe didn't even graduate high school, so they probably wouldn't pass such a class, even assuming it's basically just a daycare (not that I would let any spoiled brat kid of an EP touch a kid of mine). Should be a government mandated license that has a thorough training & test (like a driver's test) that touches on what you do in specific situations, when you should be doing x thing in moderation so as to not spoil your kid, also if you're mentally, financially, and physically stable enough to support a child which can expire after a certain amount of time or when you're taken in for crimes etc. (of course if you can keep it up for 18 years then you don't have to keep your license going). These people who literally have no sense of reason should never have kids

Many parents do not care what their child does or how they can possibly doe until it becomes an inconvenience to them and they are forced to deal with their child. Then they want to sue everyone.

1st rule violation: warning
2nd and constant violations: banning from certain areas of the ship and/or confined to cabin
Repeatedly violating ship rules and considered by crew to be a serious security and safety risk to the ship: confined to cabin/ship brig and thrown off the ship at next port (FYI you would have to get home on your own dime and no refund for the cruise)
I was on a ship where this guy beat the shit out of his girlfriend in their room one the first night. Basically he was confined to his cabin and thrown off at the first port. Idiot girlfriend got off with him (she could have stayed on the ship)

The even more astonishing part of it all: this video was made less that a year ago. This just highlights how much work he's put into this channel and how success he's yielded. Okay here's my ep story
So I was about 8 or 9 and I was on holiday at a caravan park I had been to many times before. I had made some friends there and we were all standing talking in the arcade. I was leaning against a claw machine that uses buttons Instead of a joystick, I heard the music that plays when the claw is active and I turned around to see the game was on, I decided to play it not knowing where the money for it came from or how it went on, I played the game and managed to win a mini football from the claw. That was my first time ever winning one of those claw machines, I was happy with myself and showed all my friends. We had been standing at the machines for about 5 minutes prior to me playing the game and nobody had came over or put money in it so I figured I was just lucky, a couple minutes after me winning the ball a little boy maybe 2 or 3 years younger than me walked up to the machine with his mum (I hadn't seen either of these 2 people before). The boys mum (ep) came up to me and was half yelling at me saying "that was MY sons money in there, you just stole his shot and his prize". I was so confused, I calmly and politely said to her "we have been stood here for ages, I've never seen your son before and nobody came up to the machine, it can't be his" but the ep wasn't having any of it, she towered over me and started yelling "give my son his ball!!!" And I just replied with "no I won it fair and square" (bare in mind I was young but I was sensible) but she wasn't taking any of it. She walked even closer to me, yanked the ball out of my hands, and walked out of the arcade. My friends watched the whole thing and were all saying to me "that wasn't hers you won that it's yours". I told my parents and they were furious that the woman did that to an 8 year old. We never saw her for the rest of the trip but my parents bought me a ball to make up for it.
6 years later and the memory still pisses me off

That actually happened though, legit, there was a story on one of these where a kid managed to save up and buy a cheap horse, and some EP literally tried to convince the people at the stable it was hers.
Fortunately the kid had plenty of proof, and on top of that, her aunt had connections at the place
