His nervous habit when being interviewed. Almost everyone has one of some sort: "you know"; "uh"; "cough"; "sigh"; "eye blinks"; "laugh/giggle"; drag on cigarette (Freddie); "sipping a drink"; "long pause", etc. Gives the brain time to process for better or worse. One of the most difficult things for public speakers or debaters to unlearn.

A lot of the interviews are taken directly from "These Are The Days Of Our Lives", the documentary that came out in 2011, so you can watch that if you want something longer and with more details.

I was so lucky to see them five times with Freddie. They gave me some of the greatest memories of my life. Been a fan since '74. 56 years old now and I still listen to them every day.

@@cutg2722 London, 1980 (the night John Lennon was shot), Leeds 1982, Milton Keynes 1982, London 1984 and London 1986 on the last tour. No, no photos or recordings, it wasn’t so easy back then ;) Happily, the Milton Keynes and London '86 shows were filmed and had official releases :). It was a great time to be young :)
Queen’s not given enough credit as far as business and breaking away to manage themselves. They represent independence in so many ways. 💕

Financial independence is certainly a good thing. Especially when such young and talented people enter the world of music. And in those days, financial independence gave scope for creativity. It’s a pity the truth that sometimes modern young stars do not want anything but money, forgetting about music and creativity.
