I love seeing how much of a perfectionist Freddie was in the studio. He’s involved in every single aspect of recording and he’s so meticulous about the minor details, it’s incredible. Freddie sounds so sweet when he’s talking, and it’s such a big contrast to the tremendous power he has in his singing voice.
You need someone to be obsessed in all the minor details to make truly ageless music like this. When you combine that with exceptional talent, you have legendary stuff and that's why there are so few bands to achieve the level Queen did
