▣ How long does weight loss take to show up?

1)firstly think of a healthy eating plan, not diet; Fruits and vegetables every day. .. ( healthy eating doesn't mean going hungry)
2)Do home workout 30 to 60 minutes a day three or four days a week-that's a start, including, aerobic activity are running, swimming, and dancing(not too much)

So it's been a week. I did other 10 min workouts some from her and some from another CZcamsr and saw my tummy is getting ever so slightly flatter. I found some standing workouts for when I'm menstruating and will switch to them soon because I get uncomfortable to lay on my back or front. But for now I'll keep going for another week.

You have to incorporate cardio into your routine to see results! Also calorie deficits will help burn the fat. you usually won't see results from pilates only.

I'm planning to do this workout and a few other workouts along with thise one(they're all from her) this year. I'll start on June 22nd. That's when my school year finishes so I'll keep you updated. Also, I'll tell you at the end which workouts I did.(I'll tell you the progress at the end of every week)
Day 1: wasn't as hard as I thought.
Day 2: Did it and was sweeting so much. Wasn't hard but you sweet so much from them. Depending on which workouts you do. And yes I'm doing thise on My period.
Day 3: Was a bit hard.
Day 4: Rest day. My period hurted a lot today but at least I deep cleaned my room
Update since it's Sunday: I haven Lost any weight yet but I Did notiece that my abs started to form
Day 5: Did it and also Did them a few more times since I didn't yesterday.

Day 1: I did it twice to day, I feel a bit more flexible
Day 2: I did it! I feel proud of me and I think I’m going to make it :)🎉
Day 3: I see a little bit of change and I felt burn💕
Day 4: I see a small change again:) I feel much more motivated!
Day 5: It felt so fast! I’m glad that I see changes!
Day 6:I did it twice today cuz I ate some chocolate, it felt easier today
Day 7: Today it felt much more easier! I also lost around 0.7 kg

Day 9: I didn’t feel so great and motivated bc I had stress from school.

@@Memi_vs you can do it! Even if you do 5 mins of the video, hats still progress. And remember, dont look at how much there is left to do. Look at how far you've come and use that to keep going. Helped me so much. Gonna do my last 15 mins now.

🍡 doing this until my vacation comes lol (april 29-may 29)
day1/april 29: okay so if i’m being honest, my stomach burns but literally the planks were KILLING MEEE. my legs kinda hurt cause of some of the workouts and so do my arms. although this is my first day so i’m not really surprised that mostly my whole body hurts 😭
day2/april 30: did it twice and like my legs burn. i’m sweating a bit but the planks didn’t hurt as much as it did yesterday. my legs r literally shaking and so are my arms (literally the same as yesterday) i’m proud of myself for actually having the motivation to do it twice lol
day3/may 1: ❌ skipped ; i couldn’t do it bc i had to buy stuff for my school project n i was busy lol
day4/may 2: as usual, it burned. it feels easier to do now though. i had no motivation but i had to force myself to do it cause i want a good bod for the summer. also i’ve been seeing slight changes in my stomach which is my main target. my second main target is my arms too.
day5/may 3: oh my god i’m literally sweating soo harddd i did an extra workout though it was 14 mins. i love dancing so i did that workout. heres the link!! : czcams.com/video/8yStb73NLWY/video.html . but anyways i’m sweating so bad but i see some progress in my body and i ate steak today cause i didn’t eat much so i decided to do a little workout lol!! but im seeing progress!!
day6/may 4: i would do my dancing cardio workout today but it’s pretty late although i did do this workout so i’ll be okay. ive been seeing slight changes, nothing drastic though.
day7/may 5: ❌couldn’t do it because it was pretty late. i did do one song of the dance cardio thingg but im really tired so
day8/may 6: ❌didn’t do it. it was also pretty late and i was really drained out. i did go to the trampoline park though
day9/may 7: ❌ it’s my mom’s birthday but i just feel like i need a different workout so i will no longer be doing this.

You don’t need to have a strict diet since you’re young but try to limit junk and eat maximum 80% healthy and 20% healthy if you can’t then start with 60% healthy 40% junk and then build your way up and try hard to replace chocolates with fruits etc
