    3rd day in a row I've worked out after being resistant for months due to anxiety,
    I actually enjoyed it whereas before I had to force myself to workout because I absolutely despised it. I am so proud of myself and ready to finally get fit!!!

      That's wonderful! I used to get stressed because I 'had' to work out, but when I stopped forcing myself and did it when I /wanted/ to work out, I really enjoyed it and it even gave me energy. We often encounter problems on our way, but when we overcome them, we grow and we can be proud of what we've achieved. You got this!

    Your workouts are truly awesome Juliana.. I have been able to get rid of my stiff muscles all because of ur fabulous moves... Of late I have been experiencing signs of spondilosis.. Would u plz help me out by including a few moves that can help reduce the stiffness around my right neck and arm...

    Very effective workout ! I have been practicing your yoga practice for half a year . Lately I wanna increase my core strength and I started with your Pilates practice . I felt so tired after first day doing this . But it gets easier day by day and I can notice my change of appearance on the 3rd day already. Thanks for much Juliana.       @@loictag4794 hi , I don’t , but I have to be honest I usually eat less at nighttime because I could easily have bloating after eating too much so it could affect my sleep. But I eat normally in daytime. Hope it helps you. I did feel painful the first week I did this exercise but I felt much better once the muscles got used to it

    This is hands-down, the HARDEST workout I have ever done! Holding a plank for three hours would be easier than this omg! None the less, I love all your videos and I'm open to trying new things like this. Thank you Juliana!

    OK, I CONSIDER MYSELF IN SHAPE...well I used to think that...until this lol!
    I run 2 days, do weights 2 days a week and now yoga/ pilates 2 days a week. However this one had my heart rate and breathing up! THANK YOU!
