@@TheJerbol the trick is leaving while the credits roll, then looking up the scene on CZcams.
But also credits do play an important role, not for the general moviegoing public, but for the crewmembers to get their next job.
@maddie9602 the problem is the average movie watcher isn't hiring the people making the movies, so it doesn't make sense to force normal audience to watch the credits.

The way Iron Man 3 portrayed anxiety attacks was very well done.

That movie is great. Apparently Sebastian Stan did a lot of reading up on Cold War, brain washing and so on, and it shows.
I watched winter soldier randomly and I got so much respect voor Captain America, that I watched all the mcu movies right after. Winter soldier was amazing
I just realized that Ironman has the best first movie, Captain America has the best second movie and Thor has the best third movie.
And Thor will also have the best 4th movie... so far haha

Really? Out of all the jokes, that one felt particularly try-hard. Either call out Mario Brothers by name or do the musical reference. Putting them one-after-the-other felt heavy-handed.

The most Genius thing the Honest Trailers did: Comparing Kang the Conquer to the Architect from Matrix Reloaded. Absolutely brilliant.

Winter soldier is my low key favorite marvel movie. That boat scene in the begging, and the elevator! It just had the best story.

Just watched a marvel- movie length thing about marvel movies. Definitively proving people will watch anything marvel. And like it.
I love how they went from hating the quips for most of the movies and celebrate it in Ragnarok.
Ragnarok's comedy (not just 'quips') is imo so much better than average MCU quips though (except maybe the last one which deflates the tension too much)

This is also a good history of Honest Trailers (although some aren't in sequence), and it seems like the quality really went up around 2015.
And then down around 2019/2020
I'd agree their best Honest Trailers was around 2017/18, but it's not a particularly significant drop.

The Russos really delivered beyond expectations- winter soldier, infinity war. These guys are top tier directors

Agreed. I still haven't forgiven him for Now You See Me, so was not happy with his big, round face on Bruce Banner's body. Besides, it is usually lame when a role is recast partway through a series. And on a completely objective note, dude isn't intense enough.
How can you compare the guy who was Bruce Banner for 1 movie to the guy who was Bruce Banner for (quick math time: Avengers, Ironman 3, Age of Ultron, Thor Ragnarök, Infinity War, Endgame, What-If, Shang Chi) . . . a lot of movies and shows?

Ruffalo had a few bit-parts in a lot of movies and that I can tell, in terms of human acting, absolutely no character development or act. OK Endgame he says "I had some character development off-screen". Jesus fucking Christ have you even fucking WATCHED the movies you've listed even fucking ONCE?
