I am not even Arab, I am from Greece (Yunaan) and it was hilarious! You can feel the positive vibes
yeia sas (lmao)
I've lived in Greece for some times, very welcoming people, awesome country, also very similar to us in many ways. Only difference is language. Greetings from Egypt, your southern neighbours.
I always wondered why we call the country (Yunaan).... while when we speak of Anchient Greeks we call them (Al Eghreeq) which is more similar to Greek ......
Greetins from your South Eastern Neighbor in Palestine.
I'm an American and I'm surprised how chummy they are with each other.
@@belalabusultan5911 İonian = İonyan = Yonyan = Yunan = Yunan
Greetings from 🇵🇸
Hilarious
Please make more video's like this. About different Arabic dialects
it would be very complicated, espceially when you compare it to the northen African Dialects, these Dialects are the most different, even the dialect further from it (Mauritania) sounds far easier to understand lol.
It's such a blessing to listen to you! I am 79 years old. I am Lebanese/Canadian/American. 2 years ago myself, and my great niece visited my cousins in Beirut. I was treated to so much love and respect, not only from my family, but from the Lebanese people. I've been kissed and called Ahmih as I was there. THANK GOD THAT I WAS ABLE TO GO AND SEE THAT BEAUTIFUL COUNTRY!
That's particularly why I want to visit Palestine/Israel. I've always found the region and people to be rather interesting. Hope to make some friends if I were to visit.
This was hilarious! I have Kuwaiti friends and all of the slang that they use was almost exactly the same as the Iraqi slang.
😂 good to know!
Emiratis too. Fasswa😂😂😂😂
sym Loooool😂 Kuwait is anything but Iraqi with all due love and respect to Iraq, Kuwait and their messy history. Hell, all these Arab republics, Kingdoms, states, sultanate etc. are all just lines on land that determine alliances and governance.
Kuwait, Bahrain, UAE and Qatar are not originally Saudi, Iraqi or Iranian land. They have a unique identity and it is Khaleeji. All lands touching the Gulf, like East Saudi, South Iran, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, & Bahrain all share the same culture with each other than with Najd, Fars or Iraq.
Iraq revolves around Tigris Euphrates green valley and that is the strength of the country.
Mesopotamia has faced nothing but war, destruction & terrorism and that is because instead of being unified as one, it was split between Syria and Iraq.
Mojojojo Jojomojo قيل اخسووا ولاتكلمون
@sym No land belongs to anybody. You just happen to sit on a place and claim it to be yours. Kuwait is Kuwait, its not Saudi nor is it Iraqi. If you are talking about the location being mesopotamian sure but is it therefore Iraqi? Nope.
There is a lot of love between people in the middle-east. Not just arabs but all middle-easterners and north-africans. I am Iraqi. My best friends are Iranian and Sudanese. We have identical cultures with subtle differences.....I love the middle-east too much. I wish things would get better soon for all of us. My prayers go out to people from Yemen (with their war), Lebanon (with their financial and political problems), Iran (with their financial problems), Syria (with their war), Libya (with their war) and of course Palestine (with their occupation).
Yes indeed. I'm Egyptian who lives in Europe, and my 2 best friends currently are Turkish and Moroccan. When I was younger, in school, my best 2 friends were Lebanese and Palestinian, and my sister, her best friend is Syrian.
I just looked up the restaurant and not only is it actually called Zibo, it's actually written with an exclamation point at the end which makes it even funnier 😂😂😂

It is almost same like the Lebanese accent
@@awn5309 it's a mix between Lebanese and Palestinian
Greetings from Sydney Australia Iraqi words specially south of Iraq words are still use from ancient sumerians & Akkadian ..
Anotheer One I am pure native Mesopotamian 😃
what did you mean by saying you're pure?
cause if you meant pure like the sumerian and akkadian ,then you are a big delusional
@@annunaki4276
Have you done a Y-DNA test ?
By your Haplogroup you will know whether you are a pure or not, no more lies as we are in the science era.
No one is pure not even Assyrian Iraqis are purely Assyrian. We for the most part have more native blood than Arabian peninsular blood but still we are not purely Iraqi native. Basically no one is.
@@moonori4595
I agree with you 100% , no one on earth is pure 100% but my comment was directed to the silly comment by annunaki.
my face during the whole video:😀

I'm Palestinian and it's so interesting because I'm from rural palestine and we have different words for what maha said
Im from South Lebanon and we also have different words then what Mark said.
True
All arabs like this were I live in each village they have their own slang almost 20 villages in 50 killo dimensions and some of them very near each other just cross street and still they don't have same slang
@Joseph Abo Ghazaleh Same!
In my town of 15k we have 4 different accents!!!!!
I didn’t know this. I have a childhood friend.. her mom always said.. yee sho nawariyye. May God rest her in peace
In Morocco we say Thalaja just like iraqi one lol 😂 تلاجة
Egyptian cousin here too✌️
Thalaja is Kurdish cuz we kurds also say a lot of words same like iraqis
ثلاجة not تلاجة
T41EF
No but in Morocco we say it with T not TH
T41EF
I know it’s written as ثلاجة but we Pronouns it as تلاجة
you know i really love all these comparative dialect vids bc it brings us different arab countries closer together, and unity in the region is much needed, baby steps
Dialect comparison is both educational and fun to watch. It was super exciting!!

In mount Lebanon like chouf we speak like Palestinian dialect but with ق
What do you mean by Q?
@xhyd4r in Palestine villages all use the Q. Palestine delicate is the closest to the Formal Arabic.
Ahhhhh thank you SO much for this!!!
This really made me laugh!! I kept reciting it with the Egyptian accent and comparing! Thanks for the laugh
This is my favorite series so far
I'm a non-arab living and working in Kuwait and I can so relate to the Iraqi guy, it is almost the same as the Kuwaiti dialect but I can also understand certain words that other arabs here speak like "boukra" meaning tommorow.
This was so awesome, I just laughed so much, great video 👍
Your voice is sooooo uuf soothing, mark mashallah
Please make more of these!
Arabic is one of my favorite languages, and dialectical variety is always fascinating! Fun video!
I'm not even Arab but I enjoyed this thoroughly 😂😁❤️

Yes I usually need subtitles
😂😂😂
Actually, I'm from Jordan and I understand them. You just have to listen very carefully and think about the words and how they sound. But first, learn the meaning of their words, because some words meaning are different. I understand their dialect but I can't speak it 😂
@@naugtyameric1309 I can understand some Moroccan words. It's the Algerian ones that are impossible to understand 🤣
@@knight2185 Yeah 🤣, and it's considered one of the most difficult in Arabic dialects according to Google. you should be a level boss in dialects to speak it 😂😂 or even understand it.
You are amazing guys, hilariously laughing ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️👍
I subscribe to mahas channel as she speaks my language it really helped me relearn my Arabic
I enjoyed, thanks
OMG the last one about FART was soo much fun...Mark your hand and facial gestures were on point. Wishing my fellow Lebanese people who have been impacted by the horrible situation in Beirut peace and comfort. We are a strong people and nothing can break apart that spirit.
So funny the video. I could almost get all the words as i started learning arabic in Egypt (masri dialect) then i lived in Palestine for almost 3 years, and have a lot of Lebanese friends (so i mixed my dialect speaking the 3) and end up living in Kuwait - so a bit of khaleji added to my vocabulary. I really enjoyed watching the video and see how chocked you seemed hearing each other difference wile for me "this is all my spoken arabic " lol :)
Please make another video like this I love this.
I want moreeeee! As an Iraqi this was too funny to watch 😂😂😂😂

What makes that such a fun video including the other two in the series is the fun you guys had putting it together the laughing in the smiles it was fantastic. My ancestors came to the United States about 100 years ago but I’m still 100% Lebanese and I only got maybe half of what was considered Lebanese Arabic. They’re from the northern part of Lebanon I don’t know if that makes a difference or not. Great video thank you.
I have never laugh so hard in my life. Thank you Mark and to your guests. Merci beaucoup! 😂😂😂😂
