This ebike is really great and hard to believe it retails for only $1,700! I love how it handles on and off road. Really nice to ride off road with the dual suspension.

Why wait for winter to be over? This bike is very stable on ice at full speed. Handles many snow conditions up to 2". I use my bike all winter and when the snows too deep i ride the snowmobile.

I just turned over 1200 miles in 6 months on my beecool adventurer. And yes have had great adventures.
Nice review and i would like to add comment. I commute to and from work daily 8 miles round trip. My average speed is 22-23 mph. Top end is 26. I do run lower pressure tires for comfort and traction. With my short trips i have yet to drop the battery level more than 2 bars. That small led headlight projects super bright i give it a both thumbs up! and it has a definative top cutoff line so it can be adjusted as to not blind traffic albeit wimpy taillight and blinkers. The frame itself is sturdy and super clean welds. The offset battery does not detract from comfort nor performace. The seat is comfortable and easily adjustable. The suspension has serious issues however front forks are not stable for side to side flex along with the rear suspension. Together the whole bike tends to wobble side to side dangerously under certain conditions to a concerning level. The rear shock is not adjustable and is set for what seems to be 1000lbs. I have yet managed to compress the rear suspension even 1mm as if rear suspension is non existent. Your rear rack appears to have been bent in shipment. Mine was straight. The wimpy frame of the rack severed just above both upper mounting bolts and also adds to bike wobble with any weight upon it. As for mis- aligned fenders easy fix is to bend the supporting rods along the side to a position that aligns the fender properly. My kickstand was severed at the pivot bolt, was unrepairable, and caused extreme difficulty in parking the bike. Beecool however expediently replaced it under warranty. They only asked for pictures of the broken part. Kudos beecool! Yes walk mode is basically run mode. Pedal assist has a consistant delay of 2 seconds of pedaling before engagement but ceases power quickly (under 1/2 sec) after ceasing pedaling. Shimano shifter is easy to control however tends to misalign and starts jumping gear position between 4th and 5th gear. Horn is behind the light but tends to dampen output level after soaking. 21amp hour battery is consistantly powerful. However had a code 6 error once and complete power loss condition. Pedalling strictly manually is a beast kind of like pedalling a truck. This bike is completely impractical as a pedal bike. Back to error code issue... after pedaling the beast the last mile home i completely exposed all the wiring to find connections that were insulated primitively with electrical tape. This was not the problem. So i opened the battery removed the connector and found an underpowered fuse of 30 amps had not blown but the legs of the fuse had overheated and melted the fuse housing to the point of failure. I replaced the fuse housing and with the proper 45 amp fuse had no further issue. Finely stitched and ergonomically formed handgrips give the bike good comfortable control. Brakes have power cutoff switch practical but when frozen in cold temperatures tends to continue cutting off power after applying the brakes. The hydraulic disc brakes are a plus for easy positive braking. The rear caliper bracket however is misaligned and positions pads with only 1/2 contact to the disc. The only remedy is to grind down the caliper mount to a level that lines the pads with the disc. This causes excessive wear using only 1/2 the pad. This bike has good low end torque for its rear hub 750 watt motor. The display has shown up to 960 watt output on numerous occasions. As for pedal assist i found it very useful for automatically cruising at different set speeds almost like cruise control. When i am not in a hurry but just want to cruise relaxed i noticed extreme power usage savings at between 200-300watts in 3rd gear still moving along at 15mph. With level 1 i can creep along trails at 5mph from 50 to 150w usage similar speed of "walk (run) mode". I am adding weatherproof ammo boxes as rear saddlebags one of which will hold my two 10amp aftermarket lion batteries switched through a 1,2,both switch. As for the wimpy blinkers i will draw from those circuits two sided led blinkers off the end of the handlebars for better vision. You can even install a beeper on the blinker circuit for audible confirmation. I pull a bike trailer for my 2 chihuahuas everywhere, i have a 20a 48v-12v buck converter to power a heated blanket inside the trailer for the dogs 🐕 🐕. I have considered placing a heated wrap around the battery for long trips in subzero weather. Blinkers, brake, and running lights will also be installed on the bike trailer thru a waterproof multi connector. I have 2 150watt bluetooth self powered speakers with subwoofers mounted on right and left of the rack which operate on right and left channel respectively to which music can be heard clearly at 1/2 mile with a phone mount on the handle bars. The display has a hidden usb power point to charge your phone while power is on. I bought a second 21a battery from beecool for $600 and a 30a charger for faster charging. I.e. complete charge in around 2 hours instead of 6 hours with the supplied 20a charger. Note: tips to aid in extending battery life, allow the battery to 'rest' for an hour before charging and leave the battery partially discharged when not in use. My 2nd battery fits perfectly for storage in the bike trailer when needed. For my offgrid home power system i just got 8-300w solar panels (2400w) thru a 60a solar controller for quick efficient charging of the bike from the sun 🌞. Overall this bike has changed my life, has brought me great pleasure, saves me all the expense of owning/operating and fuelling a vehicle, and connected me with nature in a more intimate level. I have ceased driving completely and am using this bike all year in all but deep snow weather conditions. I keep the bike in a heated environment in winter to avoid freezing cables, electronic components and most importantly lion batterys. I am confident on ice and run full speed. I am looking into studded winter tires and tube protectors for safety and durability. Overall for the price and manageable issues this bike is worth the value but would not buy this model again because of the incurable suspension wobble condition. I would recommend a bike with no rear suspension, a seat with suspension, and a full length front fork that affixes above and below fork tube.
Hope this detail helps - enjoy 😉

My BeeCool Explorer arrived a few days ago, less than 3 weeks after I ordered it after the New Year. I've already changed out the stock low mountain bike handlebars, with 5 inch high rise bars, changed out the long handlebar stem that forced me to reach way out for the bars to a real short stem. Yesterday, I ordered a 2.7 inch fork tube riser adapter. I want to be sitting up as straight up as possible, shifting my weight rearward, while getting the full use of the rear suspension. Not bottoming out the front forks as much.

The controller is said to be a 22A. Which would make me believe it's good for 1000w. It could be that the computer just needs to be speed or amperage unlocked to allow the controller to go to it's over current shutoff of 22A.
I ordered an Adventurer on Nov. 4th. Whenever I get it, I'll test the true current feed to the motor from the controller at the sag voltage and come back with a max wattage draw I get to shutoff on a steep incline and an RMS VA.

I'd think it would go without saying that the customers of over 1000 bikes sold in the past 45 days would be a priority. I don't expect a promissory note of shipment on X date, but the expected ship date has come and gone with no change. Not to mention that like pre Oct 15th orders have said "shipping labels created, shipping soon" since I purchased 40 days ago.
If you go to the the adventurer page, it said expected to ship end of December until they changed it today I believe to say mid December. Makes me wonder if they bullshit everyone. I spoke to a guy on Facebook that ordered July 2nd and got his late September.

@@robcoastalga8279 Hey Rob, I believe I ordered mine 11/14. Anyway, I'm sure these bikes are coming from somewhere in Asia and with that said they could be part of the shipping bottleneck? It would be nice if they were more transparent on their website about the shipping dates since they obviously either don't know for sure when they are shipping or know that if they did say it's going to be a longer wait that they'll lose sales. I still like the prospects of the Adventurer being a great bike for the price even compared to their newer models with the color screens (don't think that's a deal breaker). Hopefully we get these by the middle of December, but it doesn't look promising.

Cities need to do more to encourage people to ride bicycles by providing SAFE, PROTECTED BIKE LANES and trails. Every adult and child should own a bicycle and ride it regularly. Bicycles are healthy exercise and fossil fuels free transportation. Electric bicycles are bringing many older adults back to cycling. Ride to work, ride to school or ride for fun. Children should be able to ride a bicycle to school without having to dodge cars and trucks. Separated and protected bike lanes are required. It will also make the roads safer for automobile drivers. Transportation planners and elected officials need to encourage people to walk, bike and take public transportation. Healthy exercise and fossil fuels free transportation. In the future cities will be redesigned for people not cars. Crazy big parking lots will be transformed.

Good luck if you have any problems after you get the bike whether it be warranty or damaged in shipping. THEY WILL DENY ALL CLAIMS…
They either tell you “it’s supposed to be that way OR give a half assed answer that you should fix it.
I bought the adventure bike, I will say it’s a decent bike but if you have any problems with it at all (and you will likely have at least something wrong) they will not stand behind their product. I do like my bike but just for the sole reason of their customer service I wish I did go with a different brand now. Buyer beware.
The problems I had with mine were two bent rotors that I replaced out of my own pocket and when looking at the gears on the back of my bike you can see them swaying side to side as the tire was turning so there’s obviously something else wrong there as well. Their response to the rotor was to take the rotor off and pry with pliers to try to straighten it and that the rear gears looked normal…. mind you I have another e_bike and the rear gears do not do that.
I’m pretty sure they source their response to emails through another company and they’re just told to deny everything. Look them up on the Better Business Bureau, you’ll see the other Customers that have had problems too. Good luck, God bless.

Bee Cool is NOT a trustworthy company. Their company contact page lists a shady residential address in Bromly, England when you write them, and the main address in Ontario, California Is a shared Warehouse space normally used by companies temporarily. I have tried repeatedly to contact this company for basic information, like where they are actually located, and their customer service straight up ignores or does not understand the question. Bee Cool DOES NOT MAKE THEIR OWN BIKES. All of these bikes can be ordered from Alibaba for SIGNIFICANTLY less cost from the original manufacturer, Aimos. Bee Cool is just a drop shipping company, selling someone else's product through a shady website. I do not have a problem with Asian business. I do have a problem with a business pretending to be in the USA, and pretending that Noah, and Vicky, and John all work there, when the poor grammar and typos tell me that English is definitely NOT their strong suit. If they are dishonest about WHO they are, and dishonest about WHERE they are, then they are not trustworthy to buy from.

Delivery is extremely slow! If you want this bike soon, you will not get it!

Got mine in 17 days. I am on the east coast. Showed up a day sooner than the original delivery date so it was not that bad. I would imagine if you live on the west coast the shipping time would be faster.

The explorer model is on back order Again. Late May has become early June. I called to confirm the date before I placed my order and was assured that it would be in by the end of May
June 6th 2022 and still waiting for them to arrive at the warehouse . Shipping is a hot mess Everywhere right now, so I am trying to Bee Cool about it. Best bang for the buck it does appear. Cheers !
