I am always glad to see a new video from Eric! It is always useful and informative

What flavor though?
Chicken or beef?
Never thought I would like this guy this much
Looking big bro! ❤️❤️
Dude! That stretch is a game changer!
Goat of muscle building
Really love you Eric. Such an inspirational guy, and freaking gorgeous. The eyes and the smile 😍
Ramon’s offseason forearms are even more insane than I thought they’d be
Just seen him in person yesterday at the pittsburgh pro. Dude was bigger than some of the open guys. His arms are bigger than my thighs literally
Hi Erik! I really like these analyzes videos.
Please consider to do a analyzes video about *Wesley Vissers* as well!
So when do you compete?? This year or next year?? Stop playing around and go win something too Eric!
Eric acompanho já há algum tempo seu canal, e mudei bastante minha forma de treinar inspirado em você, Dr. Mike Jared.... Um grande abraço do Brazil e muito sucesso para você.
Request: A lot of us only use a home gym with a single cable tower. Can you do a home gym friendly video showing all your amazing cable exercise favorites using only a single cable? These usually don’t have adjustable pulley heights either. Thanks!
So here in Brazil we are definitely way behind in the ‘exercise science’ field. It’s honestly pretty much all just based on “putting more weight on the bar” and hard work.
effort and progressive overload are definitely staples in an effective program so you're prob not as behind as you may think
Bro that IS the science lol
I love Ramon in and out, amazing dude even though I don't speak Portuguese... do a colab with him Erik, I think you need to do some calisthenics
I've always wondered if some of the professional peak contraction emphasis you see has a posing purpose...does it make it easier to hold a great flex on stage?
I want to see what they do for the Abs/Torso/waist
I wonder how you would compare standing next to ramon
Nice
Eric 👍 ⚡️ 🏆 💪 💥 ❤️
he's a human dinossaur we brazilians built in the forgotten lands of Acre, where the world is still young.

Love hantum man he so hantum

9:42 that stretch to me looks like it hurts your shoulders. seems like an inch to half an inch before would have been the best position to stop.

For one moment I wish that people could think clearly. Why would peak contraction help a bodybuilder?
It’s sport specific skill…
Whoa mind blowing isn’t it. Body building is getting on stage and holding a peak contraction. That’s why the people who win don’t follow rules they just listen to Rambod
The whole 2x stronger in the eccentric than concentric never made sense to me. If strength is the ability to apply force, it takes much less force to lower 450lbs to your chest than it does to press it off, so are you really 2x stronger? Or are you just performing a movement that requires half the amount of force? I'm sure there are studies on this, but willing to bet you generate roughly the same amount of force doing a maximal eccentric rep compared to a maximal concentric rep.
Eric are you from poland? I'm from poland and work in my job with girl names Wiktoria Janicka. To be honest i can't say what i want couse of my english disability.
Hey Eric but shouldn't those partials been slightly more ROM seemed to be a little short. I know they are partials but still, right?
Ramon's forearms are outliers, and so are his hands. He doesn't even train forearms. His bench on this video seems to use between 115-110, if I calculated right.
💫💪💙💚🧡❤️🩷
Hello sir....how to reduce chest fat...explain flat chest exercises
Have you ever heard of a Russian lifter named Andrey Smaev? Dude has arms insane arms. He's not a bodybuilder per se, but just someone who likes to lift. Absurdly strong guy.
First : )
First
bro thinks he’s an IFBB pro
Ramons forearms are to big makes him look like a Brazilian Popeye
You’re not Dr Mike quit trying to be. Be original
They train similarly. Eric probably trains like this way before he interacted with RP. I fail to see how he is trying to be Dr. Mike.
