I think it depends on how much air you put in there. If you put a lot it’s gonna sound quiet but if you put a little, it’s gonna sound loud.

Is there a way you could change notes? Kind of like when you whistle a tune.

Thanks. You can change notes once you get the hand position down solid. Depending on one you do, lifting fingers or making a flap with your hand can work. Rolling your tongue also makes a cool sound

just a steady stream of air. Your hands need to be airtight. Also, the air going into your hands is similar to getting a noise out of a glass bottle. The air goes in and out of the same hole (I just posted a quick clip of lip placement you can watch). You may need to adjust your lips and the tilt of your hand before the sound comes out. Let me know when you get the sound.
