Respect for these guys. I did MMA for one year. A sparring session of 2 minutes feels like 2 hours. It's a real tough sport. I played soccer for 20 years, but I cant remember a training session matching an MMA training session. I hope this sport grows and grows 👊🏼

If you start again, don't do "MMA training". If you don't live in a big MMA country, the training propably won't be efficient. Choose a martial art or a few and try to sharpen your skills in those before you move on to others.

we BEEN here. Actually I was trained by a professional MMA fighter(Hasan Gülmez), who train's with Gregard Moussasi, so the training was well put together. I miss doing pads after a hard day of work man :)
