Есть боец Мариф Пираев. Дерется он в 70 77. Такой же мощный, коренастый как Хабиб. Дрался в 77 не плохо. А вообще весогонка - процесс изматывающий. Очень тяжело морально, психологически ( ты до духа не дойдешь) кстати, гонять 11 -13 кг - это норма у профиков.

Of course it is difficult; it is not natural and you are putting your body through serious shock. You are losing water and salt content in your body, which can cause heart beat issues and be deadly in extreme cases. Not to mention the extremes of heat you subject your body to.

It's crazy what fighters do to themselves a day before they are expected to go into battle. This has to be changed.
The only change would be to have fighters fight in weight classes closer to the weight they walk around at, which is already a choice anyways

In my opinion, he's definitely P4P goat of his era. I can't even imagine the mental strength he needed to overcome and keep it cool until the mission was completed. Oh, and he did all these without nobody knowing what happened in the weeks before the fight.
