What happened was deronn hit him on the back near the neck or hled him there. And makachev was complaining about him doing that even tho its legal. Therefore deducing that deronn won that sparr sesh.

AKA is a camp thats known to train their fighters to have good conditioning. Khabib, DC, Cain and many others have great cardio.

I've been a boxer all my life and I never understood wrestling or grappling, always thought it was gay. However, I've just started to get into it a bit more & it is such a wholesome art. Everyone is friendly and teaching each other & much like boxing how we start every conversation with a couple jabs and check hooks, you guys do it with wrist locks hahahah
