incarnon weapons are basically everything rivens were supposed to be lol
With the exeption rivens can turn them into unholy monsters of genocide
Hot take - Rivens should be removed in favour of better systems. If you really want 0% recoil Pyranas or Negative Crit on Laetum then there should be other mods for that

Thing is, if you can pick and choose stats, it will make Rivens cheaper because u can get good rolls better. But it will also just make them mandatory as it will be best dps boost you can get for 9 mod space. At which point, might as well just delete rivens since they don't make builds any more interesting, they just become another must use mod like slaping galv multishot mod on all guns.
Rivens need to do something else rather then just make weapon have bigger number then in build without riven.
@@123dmytro123 My problem isn't if they get mandatory or not (I wouldn't mind it, so I can have a Damage + Status + Element riven on all weapons I have rivens on and free a mod slot for non-mandatory mods), it's how random those stats are and how apparently it justifies the incredibly jacked up price.
Then Incarnons adapters got introduced and people go "RIven? Sure it can make it a bit flashier but I'm already nuking level 9999 mobs without them using my Furis lol".
Better yet, give us a choice out of 10 potential Weapons per riven so that I can have one for a weapon I have or want.

it's kills the status duration and it's specifically for the *AK*Vasto so I can't use it with the incarnon Vasto when I can eventually get my hands on that. :))))

The Bronco ended up being one of my favorites so far, the hitscan multi target with a wide shot spread just feels so good.
Yes, that's why the decree that spreads status on each (50% now) hit was, and still is my favorite; most fun I've had in this game was with that decree, phemor, and revenant.
I remember the agony of leveling them about 2 years ago, but now I'm one shotting acolytes with it... I never thought I would see the day
I've been greatly enjoying the Dual toxocysts, since the incarnon form fixed the main issue with the base gun, namely a lack of full auto when the improved rate of fire is procced. I hope the future incarnon upgrades have a similar focus on weapons that weren't designed quite right the first time around.

Rivens didn't make bad weapons good because weapons problems usually come down to bad stats. A 500% CR boost on 5% is still only 25%... yeah not worth it. Adapters actually work on the base stats and make the weapons work. In some cases more than a little too well but im not gonna complain about more power.
Now if only DE could make some interesting missions to use it in.
i mean with the way to get them being locked quite far into the game into a relatively hard game mode it make some sense they are quite powerful

not gonna lie because that one mod that makes impact procs slash it would actually create A build that works for it, not great by any means but it would kill some stuff.

On one hand, hell yeah, fuck the riven market. On the other, I like the rivens I got for myself, especially when they're for weapons I like. I like my Sybaris riven, makes it feel less weak compared to other primaries.

Got the dual toxocyst incarnon genesis, realized I had a pretty good 0-roll riven lying around for it; I now very easily melt 300+ enemies corrupted heavy gunners with no effort put in
Better sell yours early before the dispo-nerfs hit.
The best thing about the Incarnon adapters is that they've given players a deterministic way to upgrade older weapons they may have already invested in to being endgame viable, without the need for "perfectly rolled god-tier SSSSSSSS++++lol+++++" Riven mods.
In fact, not only do Rivens not need to be god-tier to be helpful...stuff like "negative crit chance," normally seen as terrible, is actually something you might WANT on an Incarnon weapon that gets more powerful the less it crits.
Solving a problem in a way the community doesn't expect. I love when any dev does that.

Yeah the one complaint i got with the incarnon stuff is some of the plant needs could use a minor tone down like the cave weed
And circuit could benefit from actually using your prime mods and coild be a great way for DE to refine the auto place mods mode using it for the unowned

As someone whose main gripe with warframe is grind 8yrs later incarnon seem to be worth it now if DE would fix the blob all my years of resources gone in moments 🗿🗿👀👀🫡🫡🥲🥲
My only gripe with the Incarnon adapters is that you cant progress your tiers with the Duviri expirience game modes.
I like them, but since the only thing you get from them is Pathos Clamps and thats it, you realy only do the Duviri game modes for getting the materials to make the incarnon weapons, and not for the general fun it is to just walk around and do stuff.
If we got a little progression for doing those mini quest towards our circut path for doing that, i would like that.
Yeah, even just like 1 pathos clamp randomly dropping from the circuit or something would be appreciated. Or a rare drop from chests. I've lost count of how many times some progression bug stopped us from getting to the Wrym, which means of course the whole run is ruined and we gotta start over to get the damn things.
I loved the Furis before the incarnon version due to its lifesteal mod, but even with my god roll riven for it, it could barely complete the starchart without too many issues, after the incarnon its a goddamn monster that melts enemies into long endless steel path missions.
Man, been ages since i've seen a Mesa with Dual Toxicyst, i remember when you got the gun's thingy procced and you then used mesa's 4th it went nuts. Good ol days.
I also chose the Bronco because I was morbidly curious as to what they could do to make it good. Even grabbed a nice riven for it in preparation and bah gawd was I pleasantly surprised. Also, since the prime came out I’ve been an avid Latron lover, but did eventually hang it up for awhile because I had finally accepted that it just wasn’t gonna cut it in the modern day. Went for awhile without it and it still stayed my most used weapon. And then they added the incarnons in duviri and I about lost it seeing it in the list of incarnons. Fucking love that thing
The incarnon adapters are one of the few things in recent times to not only meet player expectations... but in many cases exceed them

Both the bronco and furis are still my favorite incarnons to use. So much fun and I got lucky with rivens for both 😊
Oh man, if only they added this 1003817 years ago. I might still be using dual toxocist. But now, no matter how shiny the incarnon thingys are, the tombfinger has fused with my... fingers? I cant take any sidearm seriously if it doesnt break ancles with recoil and sends tank shells for bullets at enemies.
My Tombfinger has slightly over 100% CC (107.5% if I remember right) and I should just rename mine the Yeetmaster 9000.. It sends enemies flying at Mach 5 pretty often.. Always is amusing when you send them pinballing down a hallway instead of into the stratosphere..
my dual toxocyst riven made them work before incarnon now its just dumb I look forward to it slowly being nerfed from dispo or directly hand nerfed by de for some reason or another

Although, to be fair, the "Boom and Zoom" meta of spamming explosives was/is getting out of hand.. Last I heard they were planning on adding scaling self damage based on proximity of the impact.. Scaling, as in, it scales with YOUR MAX HEALTH AND SHIELDS.. It would have been better if they just slapped on scaling AOE resistance to all the mobs depending on how tanky they are meant to be.. Low tier grunts meant to be cannon fodder? 0% Resistance.. A walking slab of meat, steel, and rage? 75% Resistance.. A boss or miniboss? 99.9% Resistance.. You get the general idea..

I have seen junk like Stug, Argonak, and Buzlok show up so much alongside the newly-Incarnoned weapons in Duviri, that I can't help but think DE is unintentionally foreshadowing future Incarnons via spaghetti code.
This has been great for my rivens. Because I like the older weapons more I had a bunch of them soooo now I have plat yay. I'll never sell a MIGHTY SEER riven

I just hope DE (probably pablo) A. gives more uniqueness to the melees (except dual ichor that one has it's own schtick, supposedly ack and brunt is good too? no idea) and B. Fix the soma and strun so they're a little more unique
To be honest, I think Ack and Brunt having Innate Electromagnetic shielding would make it amazing. I love playing with newer players, so being able to actually protect them without having to gimp my weapons potential damage output would be great! Just make it one of the Incarnon evolutions for 4. Or, just make a Kuva or Vaykor Ack and Brunt already. Still have no idea how the Ack and Brunt isn't the literal symbol of the Steel Meridian and everything they stand for. You know, more then a Trident anyway.

Incarnon stug- in its incarnon form the stug remains semi auto and fires sticky grenades that turn into black holes to briefly suck enemies in and explode twice, dealing heat damage and massive crit increase at the cost of a ton of firerate.

Now you mention it, Incarnons do just seem like a more well thought out and just better solution to power creep in general. Its a shame they are more intwined with the game and its economy then the wires of my packed up consoles. Because you're absolutely right: "Why spend time and money trying to make something good when something good already exists and for far cheaper?" I understand it would be a just completely unreasonable thing to ask DE to give every struggling weapon the Incarnon treatment, but I'd rather just some weapons were left as near useless if we didn't get Rivens in return and just got Incarnons.

They really nailed it. Love using old weapons. I mean using the braton prime (wich is my favorite looking rifle) to kill steel path stuff or archons. Nice.
We need more (like a lot) maps in the circuit. Too repetitive in my opinion. Would be nice ot have (big) indoor duviri circuit maps.
I actually took the time to farm and build a new Lex Prime and put an Incarnon Genesis on it. A bunch of forma later and now I have what I can only describe as Vegeta's Big Bang Attack in a can.

I feel like they could use some tweaks, but I still quite enjoy Rivens and getting them has made me actually re-use many weapons simply to just try them with the stats. That being said, sometimes your Riven/Luck is simply a bust; if you've re-rolled a riven more than 30 times, you need to just pack it in and sell it unless you are FIENDING for your old favourite weapon to become relevant. Dozens of hours grinding Kuva to reroll to have even a tiny chance to get your perfect little Unicorn is just absolutely not worth it when you can sell even absolute dogshit rivens for like 10-25p minimum. There is ALWAYS a Whale willing to pay so that they can reroll multiple Rivens 100+ times in one go. Incarns are pretty great tho so I can't wait to see what other classic weapons they'll modernized
You don't have a max cap on your Incarnon Genesis Adaptors, the major cap is that you need to go and hunt down resources in Duviri, and do Steel Path. But they work WITH mods instead of needing to constantly reroll a riven so that it can replace mods in your builds. Rivens could work if they had a separate mod slot, that way it wouldn't be fighting with the rest of your mods for space.
I wonder if we could combine the best parts of Incarnons and Rivens for this kind of stuff.

the only thing they really can do to rivens to give more credence to y they were added is make the disposition matter more, like higher dispositions get even higher stats.
I think it's fair to say that the dirty diaper gun came back with payback on it's mind both at the mobs and players opinion of it.

oddly, my favorite and most effective riven is for the Praedos, and incarnon gun. I rolled -60% crit chance, wich paired with the -20% absolute crite chace of the fifth evo means i have -3% crit. on the Preados. you know, the one with an alternite archgun form that can deal 20x damage on half the shots that dont crit? yeah, now it CANT crit.
I just wish there was an alternative to getting them via the SP Circuit. That shit got stale for me quicker than any "new" mode DE has added before, I have to actually force myself to play it.

Bruh the miter went from utility to crowd destroyer, i dont care it has short ass mag, you shoot once and it fucking echo chamber inside of a group and they get desintegrated by 50+ heat procs + corrosive
And also the short incarnon mag gets compensated by being able to max out the charge again in 1 hit with galv. Chamber maxed

i think if rivens were more than just stat boosters then itd be cool
like you could roll a projectile type change to go from hitscan bullets to fart clouds. it might be a pain in the ass to make that work, but itd be funny. just imagine rolling a drakgoon riven and getting beam type projectiles rolled onto it. a laser shotgun that ricochets, plus youd still prob get some dumb stat increase like multishot +69420% so yeah

I took my furis incarnon and slapped her with a CC, MS, SC -ammo riven
It became my favorite weapon, altho the furis was already my most used weapon , healing never stops
I got the burston prime incarnon and it literally MELTED steel path with my minimal ass build with like barely any decent mods.

Incarnon Twin Grakata Idea.
Evo I:
In incarnon Form you grow two void arms that also hold Grakatas. Incarnon form has 2k ammo. Secondary Fire Causes all 4 Grakatas to fire with 400% fire rate until the ammo depletes.
Evo II:
+2 Punchthrough
+XX Base Damage
Evo III:
XX% Reload Speed
XX% Magazine
-XX% Recoil
Evo IV:
+XX% CR
+XX% CR and +XX% CD
+50% Chance to add 10,000 true damage on Headshots.

The only riven I use is like this Despair riven that increases the dmg by 223% and increases projectile speed by 116%
I'll probably stop using it when Despair disposition goes down from how much ppl are using it now

Aaaand it just expands new meta of incarnons to include more weapons, it's improvement but untill incarnons are implemented for every weapon in the game and there is fuckton of them (ok maybe few outliers don't need those to compare with incarnons but those are very few) it's still just a new meta. At least a bit more fun one tho

I got a bronco riven the day before i even knew the bronco got a incarnon the day before ammo maximum multishot and damage -dmg infested so i got a bit lucky
I would love and find it realy funny if they made an incarnon version of the stug that in the normal mode sucks but in the incarnon mode is by far the strongst weapon in the game.(even if that is basicaly Impossible to happen)

I'm gutted. I melted down a Ceramic Dagger riven God roll just a few months before incarnon adapters because it sucked even with a riven so it wasn't worth anything and I wanted space for new ones.
I cringe every time I log in and think about that.

Can't wait until the skana I've used as a pseudo-exalted stat stick for years has it's dispo spiked into the ground, forcing me to play riven gacha for a new one again. Thanks, incarnons. Hopefully whatever terrible melee I end up with next won't also get an incarnon over the next year or so.

I will laugh so hard, when all the weapons have already gone through the incarnon treatment, and the only weapon suspiciously left out, just as a challenge, will be the c*m gun.
The strun incarnon finally broke me of my ignis obsession, now here's hoping for a ignis incarnon as its fun as fuck but woefully underpowered.
On a side note the beastly strun with evo mods and a nuclear transformation is fun as hell. Its got me literally addicted to the game hard, I've got nearly everything and i keep striving to get every last thing just so i have a reason to keep playing because it's so fucking fun man.

Sometimes i dont get it , why people complain tht within 200 rolls they dont have the stats they want, meanwhile i got 2.5k rolls on my hirudo and still not the stats i wish were within same roll... and i didnt even farm exclusively for kuva, just daily incursions and weekly paladino with off bonus from nightwave or zarimans when am not lazy.
