So an Emmumand is basically a necessity if you dont want to get banned.

Since SXOS is clearly dead, could you do a video on how to migrate back to JUST atmosphere? I have both installed (I guess) but SXOS doesn't allow the use of mods it seems.

Thanks for the explanation. So essentially I can play my purchased digital and physical games on 1 MicroSD card with the official FW that I use like normal, and install CFW on a separate MicroSD card with Emunand/Emummc for homebrew but keep that on airplane mode and I'll be fine.
It took me 4 years to get banned without following any safety rules. I kept playing online with the games I bought. So in the end it all comes to your chance / luck

Many people use sysnand to play game online. However, some also said that even booting with sysnand, Nintendo can still detect it as jailbroken device and ban it?

I just bumped up my sd card size from 64 gbs to 256 gbs. Is there any way to copy my emummc folder with games and get them to work on the new sd card. I tried "migrate" option in Hekate but doesn't seem to work. Any help would be appreciated.

I recently got an error by opening a psp game and it crashed the yt software (like 2 times). I was totally offline, i blocked the nintendo swrvers via sd card and via wifi settings. Is my switch gonna be banned?

I wish I had seen this video sooner. I have a CFW'ed switch now, and I have been using sysMMC CFW for a time. I have no backups to my original OFW State, is there a way to cleanse my current OFW and install emuMMC , so I can still use my OFW for online purposes?
Are there any benefits to using EmuMMC if the Switch is already banned? I'm thinking may as well just use the EmuNAND and save 32GB on the SD Card.

If I’m on emmunand and I accidentally select the eshop Will Nintendo get info and band my switch or is it a case that once ur on emmunand Nintendo servers are automatically blocked ?
I just got banned i stupidly turned airplane mode off in mod mode then fell asleep. Woke up with my switch under me and it selected the eshop. When i went in unmodd mode On CZcams it says Nintendo has restricted me went into eshop too same thing which means I'm banned.
So say if I just boot up normally with out injecting hetake, im all good I can do the normal things. But then if I want to do the dirty things on my switch I load up my payload and select emmunc. Or should I be launching the payload all the time
As long as you never go online with emunand then yeah that's right.

I have hacked my switch, created emunand, did the sdcard partition part.
However, i wanted to receive save file from a different switch. I tried doing it and it wouldn't work. First of all, it asked me to go online and secondly i needed to have same nintendo user on both switches.
So i did that. I created my same user from other switch on the hacked switch. And i received the save file on the hacked switch. Then i turned it off and started hekate and launched emunand.
Then i was worried, my profile wasn't there and the game save wasn't there.
I believe i should have created emunand after i linked my Nintendo account. If that's the case. Is there a way i can create emunand again?
Delete the emunand and make s new one. It creates a copy of your current system.

Well, I have some questions. First of all if you leave the emunand and go back to the sysnand will it flag your Switch??.And also I would like to know if it's safe to transfer files (mostly games) from the emunand to the sysnand
No. Keep everything hacked on the emuNAND. You won’t get flagged unless you bring hacked data on the switch

Duh, if you're using your switch for cheats or playing copies/backups of games, then YES, You should always use emuNAND. You don't want that stuff touching your sysNAND, cause it will make it "dirty".

I have a question about how my SD card is set up. Should all my applications, ect be in my Emunand folder?
Your emuNAND should be in a separate partition and your homebrew is in the main partition (you can set up another partition with Hekate)

Set up the sd card like normal then make a emunand. Place nothing in that folder. Use the sd card as normal. The emunand will use the files from the root of the sd card
I setup a emummc but my Switch still boots up to its System Nand by default for some reason...
Emunand Is a replica of your system. You sure your just not mixing the two up? Go to sterling’s and check the firmware to see what it says.
Then how do you use skin online in games like smash if you can't go online with the custom firmware?
you'd have to install those mods on your sysnand. its recommended to turn off error reports in settings if you do this so that nintendo does not flag you, and make sure you only use wifi-safe mods on smash to avoid getting flagged

I plan to get a switch oled model and mod my day 1 switch, will I be safe with sysnand if I don't care about my day 1 switch getting banned after I transfer all my stuff to the oled model?
Basically... As long as you don't mind getting banned. You can still do all of the other stuff.
So I just installed xci files to my switch, I am able to play free games however I really really want to play online, is there any way to play xci files online without getting banned?
if you go online to play them you get banned immediately

@@TheMightyPikachuFUCK No that error code you get when trying to play pirated games online is an error code that means that the games license doesn’t correspond with the system. I’m not banned I can access eshop, and when I tried playing my pirated acnh online it wouldn’t let me it gave me an error code, but I just bought acnh recently and I was able to play online no problems. I’m on my emunand and I’ve teen on it connect to Nintendo servers on my WiFi since October.
