I apologize for the unscripted walk around, I realize I was jumping around a bit. If any questions come to mind I will answer. For clarification, the worst part of the airframe is the spot next to the right wing landing light.The lifter hydraulic units are new. The fairing screw issues are on the left wing only. It seems from what we can gather the l wing may have been off to address a fuel leak issue in the past and the fairing was not re riveted as was when new, they screwed them back on. Vert fin fairing same attachment as L wing. Again, not a problem, just ugly in my opinion. The internal wing structure is fully primed. Someone asked about the battery and wanted to know if it was an odesey type, it is not. I believe it is better to keep the larger conventional battery in place for W & B purposes on this RV4.
