    Really nice 👍...I’m looking forward to see one day the entire plane upgraded 😊

    Sweet ride. I’m looking at getting G3X, G5, and GPS175 for mine. Looking around for mount ideas. I like the carbon fiber panel.

      Thanks. I’ll post more later this year when I get back to get it all done

      haha that happened eventually

      lol. I literally came to the comment section to see if this one was here. Great bird man, RV-4's have control harmony like very few airplanes in the world.

    Is the rear seat suitable as a baggage compartment when flying solo?

    • @ycoouotkube
      @ycoouotkube  Před 3 lety +1

      Absolutely. I generally just keep an overnight bag there as long as I can strap it secure from the rear flight controls. The rear seat back also removes with a pull-pin and I can have a larger baggage compartment. W&B is fairly permissive on the RV-4, especially with a 360 up front.

    What if you were somewhere a few days and it was too windy to fly what do you do?

    • @ycoouotkube
      @ycoouotkube  Před 3 lety

      Apparently talk about airplanes 🤷🏽‍♂️

      @@ycoouotkube lol, It's the one thing I'm worried about if I fly somewhere not being able to fly back in time for work.

    • @ycoouotkube
      @ycoouotkube  Před 3 lety

      @@JoeCnNd fact. I worry about that too. I will tell you that an IFR rating opens up 120ish flying days a year. If you don’t have one it would be an advantageous pursuit; at least for that specific worry.
