Activated charcoal has increased in popularity, but what is activated charcoal used for? Watch this video to find out.
0:00 Introduction: What is activated charcoal?
    0:20 Activated charcoal and toxins
    0:53 Activated charcoal uses
    1:16 Thanks for watching
In this video, we’re going to talk about activated charcoal. Activated charcoal is different from the charcoal you use for your barbecue.
Activated charcoal powder is often sold in a capsule. It has the unique ability to bind with toxins and poisons to help remove them from the body.
If someone accidentally swallows a poison, activated charcoal can help remove it from the body! The sooner someone is given activated charcoal, the better it works.
Activated charcoal can be used for the following:
    •Drug overdose
    •Detox
    •Mold
    •Indigestion
    •Flatulence
    •Hangover
Activated charcoal is very similar to bentonite clay, but can bind to poisons more powerfully.

I am not a doctor but wanted to share my experience.
I suffer from high intolerance to lactose as well as gastritis, doctors couldn't figure out what the issue was for 2 months and then they finally suggested activated charcoal and voila, in 3 days or so I was all good.
SO if you have some indigestion or gas issues, try activated charcoal, I would definitely recommend.

Some people in Korea use charcoal for anticancer purpose. I wondered if it really works for it, but they say it does.
However I consumed charcoal when I got food poisoning and it really worked.
Just into half an hour of taking a tablespoon of charcoal, stomach pain and diarrhea were gone every time.

The concept that i have learned lately is about fasting, ketosis and then detoxing with activated charcoal. When you fast, your body starts to burn stored fat, old fat, this is when the toxins come out of the fat that is burned. This is the best time to take activated charcoal. As then it attaches to the toxins from the stored and old fat allowing your body to the flush it out. If you fast as long as 72 hours, then you have a total replacing of many cells and a complete replenishing of old ones. I also believe that in the longer fasts, these things also reach our brain cells, where trapped toxins can reside thus also a great time to take charcoal to then flush these out of the body. I like the combination of these two protocols. Fasting with activated charcoal. Great stuff.

Have you ever heard of someone experiencing side effects? Last night was the first time I took 2 capsules and I became lightheaded, palpitations and just about had an anxiety attack. This happened almost immediately after I took the capsules. It was scary and took me a while to fall asleep. Not sure if something else is going on with me.
But everything you mentioned as far as fasting, ketosis & detox is on point. I would highly recommend this protocol. Especially if you are guided by a physician that specializes in this field.

Topic Suggestion: Explain why the "undissolved" fat from lack of bile in your stomach or your gut would turn into a gallstone or a liver stone. What is the mechanism of that? And what do you use the "dissolved" fat for? Just to burn for energy? Let's say you are not in ketosis because you suddenly ate a bunch of carbs. So where does the unused dissolved fat go from when you were in ketosis? Since you stopped burning it for energy, does this "dissolved" fat get stored somewhere until you go into ketosis again or does it just float around? If you don't stay in a ketogenesis state, do you really want that dissolved fat floating around waiting for you to stop consuming carbs? In other words wouldn't you rather get rid of it? How does that all work?
