      @@3DL1not true dear. The Qur'an was revealed to the prophet Muhammad pbuh in 7 Ahrof with a total of 30 different recitations or Qira'at. 10 of these recitations are still popular nowadays and being used by muslims. Now the real question is do you know the difference between recitations and versions? If you claim the Qur'an to have multiple versions, it means you claim each version is different or contains/lacks what other versions do not, and that's not true at all. All different recitations or what you call "versions" have exactly 144 chapters in total. If you think otherwise, go ahead and prove they are different or have been corrupted.
      On the other hand we have the bible, which bible do you read? Protestants bibles have 39 books in the old testaments while the Catholics have 46. The protestant bible contains 66 chapters in total, while the Roman Catholic bible has 73 chapters. Furthermore, there's a ton of translated versions that exceed 3142 versions without any possible way to track them back to the original language that Jesus himself spoke, Aramaic. There's no Aramaic bible to confirm and unit all these scattered versions. Other sects of Christianity such as Conservation anabaptists and traditional Anglo-catholic as well as some Baptist Churches believe in late versions of the bible such as King James version... Etc.
      So before you accuse Qur'an of something completely wrong, check the bible first, but which bible is the real question. Meanwhile, despite being multiple sects of muslims with different understanding and ideologies, the bool remains the same 114 chapters with different recitations (ways of reading), other than that, the book is preserved word by word letter by letter through chain-memorization from the day of the Prophet pbuh all the way to the modern days. Yes, Muslims are the only people who could memorise and pass down the Qur'an generation after generation with High standards and near-perfect non-existent margin of error in human history. Even the academic approach nowadays can't even dream of something as close. That's how committed muslims are. There's been and still millions of Qur'an memorizers across the globe, so even if every copy was corrupted or destroyed, the entire Qur'an is preserved by heart by many memorizers and will be copied back in no time. This is the level of preservation we're talking about. The bible can't hold a candle against that unfortunately.

    Dr Berg IS my doctor!! Been following his many excellent videos for years and have learned so much, made great changes in my 'lifestyle' etc. Recently I decided one night to move my Android phone about a foot further from my bed, because I hadn't been sleeping very well, waking up so often & hard time going back to sleep etc. Just moving my phone that much further away made an INSTANT difference, I've been sleeping better since then. I'm not a fanatic about my phone, use only the most basic options and try to keep it away from me thru the day. It drives me crazy to see young people who go to bed with their phones still clutched in their hands, listen to things like heavy metal etc, keep it right next to their faces on the pillow all night...I can almost SEE the damage taking place. If you try to explain this to them they laugh & ignore you--after all, what do YOU know about technology??

If you don’t know, it’s when electric appliances and devices draw energy when they are off. You can bring your energy bill down considerably by being able to truly shut them off when you are not home. It’s also great for finding out if you have a live wire or outlet.

    I'l keep my android on 4G after seeing what an iPhone on 5G is giving off. The EF/EMF/RF are also high on a laptop, but so is a space heater actually. Distance yourself from electronics and electrical appliances as much as you can and unplug whatever you can because the numbers drop to zero, even at the outlet. Don't look at any cellphone in the dark, wait until there's daylight to cut it or turn on a light with an incandescent bulb. The eyesaver mode that turns the light yellow doesn't seem to help.

    Most devices these days have "eye comfort shields", or "night light" settings to suppress blue light coming from the screens - why buy glasses?
    Now EMF radiation I totally agree - I move my devices away from me, especially my head.
    After being reminded about this, I'll move them away even further... 👍

      Is EMF really such a big deal, especially when we as humans are creating our own electromagnetic field?
      Our cells each carry their own voltage and we also have metals like iron that move through our spine which can create and expand your magnetic field.

      @@kittendkat5100 the sun gives us radiation. Radiation is all around to be honest. A minsucle amount from our devices is not significant enough I suppose.

    • @kittendkat5100
      @kittendkat5100 Před měsícem

      That’s true , but bearing in mind that the effects of radiation are cumulative, they build up over time. Continuous, long-term exposure to a small amount isn’t much better than a single brief, intense exposure.
      That said, constant EMF from phones over years, decades adds up. Throw in the exposure from WIFI, 5G cell towers, x-rays, MRI’s, CAT/PET scans, microwaves, nuclear reactor meltdowns, etc, that’s a lot of permanent radiation exposure as the years add up. With people now getting cancer in their 20s and 30s at rates that science and medicine are still trying to figure out, it makes one wonder.

      @@lineofrose88 a grounding sheet replicates grounding or earthing, which is having skin contact, preferably through your feet or hands, with the earth. It removes the positive electrons from your body and the health benefits are numerous. A grounding sheet is a piece of fabric that you put on your bed and plug in to the ground part of a grounded electrical outlet. Since the outlet is grounded, as the earth is, having skin contact with a grounding sheet has the same effect as being outside barefoot.
