I’m almost positive FMF still hand welds some if not all of the welds on their pipes.

Hello, yes when we were there, there were a lot of workers hand welding components. Pretty cool.

Yes Sir! Thank you for watching. What did you find most interesting about their process? And... what other types of "How its Made" would you like to see in the future? - Kyle

I was surprised the ktm 2-stroke pipe looked like an "S" shape (like a banshee quad shape) until they cut it to swivel it around for welding. I can see how that's efficient and eliminates waste. Smart thinking for sure. I would like to see some anodizing or special coating videos. And I think a Wiseco tour would be interesting. I like CNC machines... That's what I did back in the day. We made a few PC parts back in 2001.

Thanks for your follow-up reply. We were surprised by some of the processes too. Even more surprised that All of the parts were made in-house out of those rolls of steel. Brilliant. We love CNC too ;)- WE will get your suggestions into our queue. If you are not already subscribed, we'd suggest it as more of these videos will be rolling out here in 2018. Thanks again for watching and for your support.
