...my new GNARLY is flying to me right now!!
I remember going to FMF the night before Anaheim 1986 and Donny building a pipe for my Suzuki (it was the first prototype) at 11:00 pm. The only place was supper small and the few people there that night were all young 20 something White kids. Donny had quite drinking but always had a no alcohol beer in his hand and actually live in the shop. I don't think his son was born then. They say made in the USA but it might as well be Mexico. Donny used to only have American kids doing this.
sick tour
Which model of potato was this filmed on?
For real. I know they've got better cameras at Racerx....not sure why they aren't using them.
They said towards the end that they had "350 live right now" so this is probably just a recording of a live stream. @16:38
And in the description it says "This originally ran on Facebook Live." so nevermind the probably.
what about the 3-stroke jigs?
This is an impressive place!
Love that t-shirt Don Jr !!!
why dont you have a SST for the cr250???
Is this the first time is guys ever been through his own factory because it looked like he didn't know what he was doing. You should've interviewed the workers who spend countless hours in the factory know the ins and outs!
I was just watching this and I was going to make the same comment tell I saw yours.
What material grade for the typical 2-stroke pipe I know Ti but what's the standard material grade
Everyone fled when they saw the camera, must have thought it was ICE......
With all the vast resources the original bike manufacturers have, how does a relatively small company improve on their exhausts?
nice
But do you have a jig for a 2002 yz125?!
All I want is a works cone pipe but nothing exists...
I like FMF pipes and there made in America . The only thing that bothers me Is where they get the metal from ? My guess is not here in America . The company is in California and he drives a Toyota Tundra Hmmm !
it's fine .
It’s official. I could have done a better job on that tour than he did.
I cut off 4.5” of my turbinecore a couple days ago and my bike still sounds the same. At least it’s hidden behind the number plate now.
no way I'm watching in 720p
I have 1 did you ever make fmf pipe's for Kawasaki tecate 3 1984-85 nope you dont I wish you did
filmed with an iPhone 5 ffs
Yeah, we all know FMF. Show us what makes you different and better than say Bill's and Yoshimura...
At least it's not in portrait mode I guess...
does anyone else kinda feel that he doesn't know hardly anything about most of fmf
So everything is made there right? You don’t send anything out? Everything is made there, in house. We make everything here, all the tooling and all the parts. Nothing is made elsewhere, we make everything here. Ok, we got it....I think that might be about the only thing he actually knows about their factory. He must have said something along those lines 20 times. However, if that really is true, then that is commendable and good for them! It also appears all they make now is end caps as well...lol.
lol not once does he even mention R&D
Dan Thompson lol 0:32 it's the first thing he says about the factory...
filmed with calculator
I bought a slip on titanium 4.1 Baffle…$800…total Rip Off😡
Yeah NOW ! I had a FMF pipe on my 1975 CR125R Elsinore when I was 12 years old looked great ran great
